とてもキレイに掃除されて行き届いたサービスでした。レセプションスタッフも丁寧に対応して気分良かったです。部屋も綺麗で広くアメニティもありました。また滞在したいです。

ペンキベロベロ、ラグ薄汚れ、ランドリーバッグは使い回し、浴槽が有る無いすら明確に出来ない。メンテナンスやら、マネジメントヤバクない？結構いい所だったのに急激に悪くなって来たね。

Accesss to hotel was difficult to find.

キャンディ市内から大分離れているが、日本の山奥の田舎町のような景色。 街から離れている分 ホテル内レストランにもう少し選択肢が欲しかったが、静かなホテル

案内された部屋は施設のベランダ裏に面しており窓が開かないようにしてあり、眺望も何もなかったのが残念。

まず、アールズリージェントとアールズリージェンシの２つのホテルが存在することを観光客に理解させてください。 別々のホテルとは気がつかず、急な丘の上を登って到着して荷物を降ろしてほっとしたら、チェックイン時に、そこはリージェンシーであったことが判明。改めて移動することになりました。間違わないようにと注釈してあげるとよいでしょう。

夕食時にアルコールが飲めないと言っているにも関わらず、何度をお酒を進めてくる。 チップを渡したら少なかったからと嫌な顔をして部屋を出ていく。 基本的にスタッフへの教育ができていない。

Chambre grande et confortable. Très bonne literie. Possibilité de manger en extérieur (couvert) devant un très joli jardin. Juste 2 serviettes de toilettes pour 2 personnes…serviette pour s’essuyer les mains demandée à l’accueil, on l’attend encore…accueil froid. Repas moyens.

The room was clean and the facilities OK. Was glad I had bought my own toiletries and there were only 4 coathangers - not enough for two women! Asked for more but not available. Buffet was good and the staff absolutely lovely. Would I stay here again? Yes

The Hotel has some out dated fittings and furniture but for the price I paid this place was pretty good . The rooms were very spacious and the staff was very attentive.

From the reception we didnt hav good service and they were action or treating us like dont care. Resturent service was quite good and room was clean but outside of the room was not cleaned

Room service Restaurant food is over price with less quantity and less variety.

As well as last year the staff make you more than welcome! The rooms are beautiful, the food is very good and the staff extremely friendly and very helpful!!! This won’t be my last time there!

Great price at USD55 per night (very few tourists). A bit out of town, up the hill - so you'll need a vehicle. Well maintained small pool. Reasonable food options at hotel, but no other obvious food venues nearby. Acceptable espresso by Sri Lankan standards. Seemed like a section at the front of the hotel was under construction, but it was quiet & peaceful. DO NOT CONFUSE this with their second hotel (Earl Regency) which is a 5* hotel at Tennekumbura about half an hour away.
