What a fantastic stay we had as two couples celebrating my birthday. How lucky was I to receive a complimentary room upgrade which was a great surprise. The room had a side view overlooking the water, a comfortable king bed and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful with so many cooked options. The hotel was central in Fowey, so everything was easily walkable. Sitting on the terrace with a drink on the water was a really calming area. Can’t recommend this fantastic find enough

Staff at breakfast were poor, a little discourteous and unwelcoming. Standard coffee was weak but if you ask for a speciality coffee (not advertised) then much better. Stair carpet needs replacing. Excellent location and the room was perfect.

Great location, comfortable and clean room. Friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast. Good supply of tea/coffee/biccies/water topped up daily. Paid for parking 10 mins walk away but this is made clear on the hotels website.

We had a lovely stay, the hotel is in a great location, right on the water. The staff were all really friendly and we will definitely return again!

It was a lovely stay. Wish we had booked two nights. Well situated, if you want to go out for drinks and something to eat.

We wete upgraded to a superior roo. With stunning views over the estuary. Will definitely return!

Good staff and comfortable bed. On busy street at night with loud people partying that kept us up. No ventilation in room except one window that was so heavy it was difficult to open or shut. Other window had broken shades that did not open and that window did not open. Breakfast and service were good.

Tres beau petit village de pêcheur. La promenade au bord de l’eau est magnifique. Les possibilités pour boire et manger sont riches

Das Hotel ist mitten im malerischen Fowey in einem liebevoll restaurierten viktorianischem Haus gelegen. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und stilvoll dekoriert, sehr sauber. Blick auf den Hafen von Fowey von Zimmern (tw. mit Terrasse) und der Terrasse vom Restaurant. Essen qualitativ und geschmacklich sehr gut, Chef zuvorkommend, Bedienung leider ein Drama. Aufnahme der Bestellung dauerte ewig und dann wurden die Getränke vergessen (Tee zum Frühstück) und mussten mehrfach reklamiert werden. Das war nicht nur bei uns so. Abgesehen davon ein wirklich netter Aufenthalt.

Food was excellent and service in the restaurant very good. The overall ambience was very pleasant. Our room was disappointing. It was small with no seat other than the bed. Wardrobe and drawer provision were inadequate even for a 2 night stay. The lack of parking is a serious problem with a 800 yard walk to pick up the car unacceptable to many of your guests, but it's a problem that won't go away.

An amazing little Jen tucked away in Fowey Loved everything about this hotel and hope to return soon
