エントランスもお部屋もとても清潔感があり、フロントの方はみんな笑顔でとても親切でフレンドリー、３歳の子連れでの利用でしたが安心して滞在することができました。

エアコンが他の部屋と繋がっていたらしく、私達は寒いから暖房を入れてが繋がっていた部屋の人からクレームが出たらしく暖房30度から冷房23度に変えられた、その後ヒーターを一台持って来てくれたが、最初に説明して欲しかった！ シャワーの出も悪い少し時間が経つとぬるくなって来た！ バスタオルが臭かった！

セキュリティボックスはありませんが、ロケーションは最高です。スタッフの方も親切です。海外のホテルでは共通なのかもしれませんが、リンス、歯磨きセット、スリッパ持参がいいです。

バルセロナの中心地から徒歩で20分くらいの距離にあるホテル。 部屋の中は綺麗で一通り揃っていて、とてもゆっくり過ごすことができた。 もし、チェックインが23時過ぎた場合はホテルに電話しないと入れない。看板に電話番号がかいてあるので慌てずに電話すれば、館内に寝泊まりしているスタッフが迎えに来てくれる。

The staff were very friendly, and the location was excellent. The area felt safe and convenient compared to other parts of Barcelona. The heating was a bit weak, especially in the bathroom, and the sink had a small crack. Overall, with a few improvements, this would be a great apartment hotel.

Friendly staff with useful response. But their office hour is from 10am-6pm. Really had kind of pressure to check in or collect the bug gage storage before 6pm Our room has extra spacious toilet and shower - almost same size as rhe bedroom! Wish I could have a choice to select a spacious room rather than the wc Perhaps this is the old Barcelona building, the water flow of the Wc from upper floor and some crackling sounds from the building was occasionally heard despite it appears to be recently decorated.

Zero exposure to outside world from the room. Place was fine for what I needed. Helpful staff.

A bit far from the beach and unfortunately no window. But really nice room, very quiet area, good bus connection, close to the shopping area, safe, nice staff. Definitely recommendable!

The room was very small. The staff was very friendly.

Loved our little apartment. It was cute, comfortable and the location was great. Easy walks to the metro, the bus, and a variety of dining options. Staff was helpful when I had questions about the microwave buttons, and they also stored our bags after check out until we needed them.

The staff was excellent and the area is great!

Siamo stati 3 giorni per il ponte di fine aprile ottima sistemazione per famiglie l'appartemento è in zona tranquilla con diverse fermate bus a 100 m. ristoranti e bar in prossimità, è dotato di tutti gli accessori (pentole piatti caffetteria bollitore lavastoviglie) . unica pecca il divano-letto un pò rovinato. una struttura in cui tornerei volentieri.

Selected this because of the kitchen facilities but disappointing. Kitchen amenities are not maintained: Coffee machine not working No dish drying cloth or kitchen towels 1 wine glass fir an appt that sleeps 4 Dishes and plates are odd compilation No bowls If you offer a kitchen then it needs to fitted with all the amenities like other appartment hotels do Room was cold as the heating was not working WiFi was non existent - works for 5 mins then drops and stays in discoverable for 4-5 hours. Ended up using all my data on my phone Shower was either boiling/scalding or freezing. Couldn’t control it . My colleague in his appartment had the same problem. Hand soap was empty The lighting in the shower is dark so when you are struggling with adjusting the tap for the water is not easy To compound all of these problems there is no reception except btw 2-6 but even during these times there is no one visible to ask tho g to be fixed. The only time someone was there for us was when they needed to take the payment. When I shared Al the issues he said he will let the supervisor know but nothing happened in the 2 days out of the 3 day stay. Great location and somewhat clean If you are planning to stay in this appartment pls bring everything you would need from home including coffee, soap, kitchen towels etc
