部屋は清潔でスタッフの対応が良い 地下鉄の駅から10分くらいで歩ける 若干ゴミが散らかっているが危険あな感じはない

部屋がきれいで快適でした。無料のインスタントコーヒーなどはありましたが、冷蔵庫はありませんでした。従業員の方々はフレンドリーでした。朝食はスクランブルエッグ、ソーセージ、ヨーグルト、パン、果物などがあり、この値段の朝食付きにしてはいろいろ種類がありました。（野菜があればさらによいとは思いましたが、値段を考えるといいと思います）交通は目の前からバスが走っていてイーリングブロードウェイ駅まで簡単に行けます。ホテルでは目の前のバス停を教えてもらいましたが、数メートル離れたバス停に止まるバスのほとんどがイーリングブロードウェイ駅まで行きます。ホテルの前にはスーパーもあります。治安は、ホテルの周りは移民系の方々が多いように見受けられましたが、特に危ない雰囲気はないように思いました。

市内観光として5泊させていただきました。 場所はゾーン3とやや市内からは外れていますが、ホテルの目の前にバス停があり、バスも電車もすぐに来るので市内へのアクセスは問題ありませんでした。ホテル内も綺麗で、室内も天井が高くて広く感じました。朝食付きなのがとてもありがたかったです。周辺にスーパーもいくつかあり、食事にも困りませんでした。 問題を挙げるとすれば、一度シャワーの排水溝が掃除されていなかったのが残念でした。

スタッフの感じ良しでした

　セントラルラインの終点イーリングブロードウェイからN８番のバスで10分。ゾーン3。観光地に出るには毎回３０分以上は掛かるので、その点は不便に感じたが、ホテルがナイトバスの経路上にあるので、真夜中でも中心部から帰ってこられる。 　セキュリティのためエントランスのドアはインターホンを押して開けてもらう必要があるが、受付を済ませた後は、カードキーで開けられる。ホテルは非常に新しく、部屋はベッドが大きく、スーツケースを広げる場所もあり、水回りもピカピカ。バスタブはないが、シャワーブースは扉で仕切られており、水が外に漏れる心配なし。水圧も十分。三菱製のエアコンが備え付けてあり、自分で温度調節ができ快適。コンセントも至る所にあり、使い勝手がいい。壁も分厚く、隣の音はほとんど聞こえない。ただ、道路に面した低層階の部屋は車の音や週末は若者の叫ぶ声等で非常にうるさいので、予約時に静かな部屋をリクエストすることは必須。 　朝食も宿泊費に含まれている。野菜は一切ないが、パン（クロワッサン、食パン等）とシリアル、卵、ソーセージ、豆、果物があり朝食としては充分。ホテルの隣と裏に遅くまで開いているスーパーあり。 　周辺はアラブ系や黒人系の住民が多く住んでいる。ホテルが幹線道路に面していて、周りに商店がたくさんあるので、治安が悪いとは感じられない。 　スタッフは淡々としている。特に夜の男性スタッフは必要最低限しか言葉を発せず、笑顔もなく、たどたどしい印象でやや不安を覚えたが、要望を言えばテキパキと動いてくれる。 「安くて、清潔、最新の設備」を重視する方におすすめ。

Jag stannade i detta hotell 6 dagar. Jag gillade renheten och sköna sängen. Personalen i reception var inte särkilt välkomnande, speciellt de manliga. Dom var inte otrevliga men inte heller jättetrevliga. Frukosten var okay men saknade fantasi då man hade samma mat varje dag. Läget är perfekt och nära till allt. Priset är förhögt med tankte på att rummet var väldig litet. Allt som allt ett godkänt hotell med hög standard men tyvärr med trött personal som inte ens orka le ibland.

The street outside and surrounding area was a little off putting when we first got there but the inside of the property was nice, and the bus stop was right outside the front door. The staff were friendly and greeted me every time they saw me. And the room was very clean with a good air conditioner for the heat. One thing that i noticed but didn't bother me that much was that the tv quality was a little blurry. My stay was quiet until the last couple nights when who ever was above was stomping around at midnight so the sound proofing wasn't as good between floors as it was between rooms on the same floor. The breakfast was a little limited in options but was still good.

Overall, we had a great experience during our stay. We would especially like to recognize one exceptional employee, Aditi, Guest Service Manager, for going above and beyond to help us. Since we had traveled from the United States, we were unfamiliar with the area and felt a bit lost. Aditi took the time to help us arrange an Uber, explained everything clearly, and made sure we were comfortable. She was friendly, respectful, personable, and incredibly dedicated to her job. Her professionalism, kindness, and commitment to providing outstanding guest service made a lasting impression on us. She is truly an asset to your team, and we are very grateful for all of her help.

Rene og fine rom og veldig bra AC-anlegg, noe som var svært viktig da det var over 30 grader i London. Frokosten hadde noe sparsommelig utvalg. Minus at det er et stykke å gå til undergrunnen/tog og at ikke alle avganger stopper der (holdeplass West Ealing) Veldig hyggelig betjening og høy grad av service.

Room was compact (normal for London) but very clean and A/C was very powerful. Staff, both at reception and at the breakfast area were very cheerful and helpful. Only negative is that the neighborhood isn’t the greatest.

This was the perfect respite from the heat wave! The room was so comfortable and cool. I used all the extras too: made tea, ironed my clothes, blew dry my hair. The breakfast was outstanding - an incredible spread and beautifully presented, always full and appetizing. The water jugs on the counter actually had CoLD water in them, not room temp (ie too warm) like everywhere else. The staff all were super friendly and accommodating. Easy access to Heathrow was a bonus. Five stars all around!

Room was ready early which was greatly appreciated after a long day travelling, fully air conditioned too.

Clean room, staff seem pleasant, breakfast was good, although it can get a bit busy in these express hotels, but we had no issues, this time here. We travelled by train to get here, got off at West Ealing station, which is about a 15 / 20 minute walk, the hotel is on a busy road with local shops and a Sainsburys very close. In the room we were in I did find that someone's air conditioning seemed to be on all night which kept me awake, not sure where is was coming from.
