Room looked a modern on the photos but at least my room was not as I expected.

This hotel was superb! Nice staff, very helpful and kind, nice facilities, super close from everything (train station, shopping centre, city centre, lots of restaurants)

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y las habitaciones son bonitas y amplias. El restaurante tiene muy mal servicio, es como si no existiera quien lo dirija y entonces los empleados están dispersos y no atienden, ni para asignar mesas, para limpiarlas o para traer la comida o tomar órdenes. Dejan incluso durante mucho tiempo las mesas suscitas, no una sino todas las que se desocupan. El servicio del Front desk es amable pero no ayuda en lo más mínimo, no hicieron nuestro cuarto con todo que salimos desde las 9 am a las 7 pm y en el inter regresamos un par de veces a dejar cosas, reportábamos que no lo habían limpiado aún, nos decían que ya pasarían y al final, a las 7 pm resultó q ya no había personal para limpiarlo

Dirty sheets on pullout sofa. During a power outage there wasn’t any emergency lighting in the common areas or stairwells which should be reviewed asap

If something goes wrong don’t expect management to do anything to help. Water line broke, black dirty water coming out of the faucets and none of the hotel guests were advised of the situation. Wife fell ill and birthday surprise was ruined and hotel gave us “hush up bonus points that doesn’t cover anything.

Great location and friendly staff!

Everything was excellent! Veronica was so nice and helpful with recommendations of places to visit and restaurants to eat at. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back to this hotel. It was perfect for our visit to Montreal!

We had our check in way earlier, accomodating to my service dog. Quiet and beautiful hotel!!!

Great room, very helpful and friendly staff. Restaurant was beyond expectations. Would definitely return.

We were disappointed that our room, in a very quiet hotel was in such a loud street area of the hotel. We are aware that by booking through a third party we are not entitled to a premium placed roof. The hotel was not close to full, so a higher room, quieter room would have cost the hotel nothing.

Clean room. The staff was helpful and friendly. Great location and central to everything.

Very good hotel. The room was spacious but with lack of light, facing to an alley and the room didn’t have enough lights.

The hotel was great! Prime location. Fun lobby with a swing. But, our toilet didn’t flush. I had them look at it while we went out for dinner. They said they fixed it but it wasn’t fixed so I asked for a plunger. Also there was no shampoo in the bottle on the wall, it had probably been like that for a few days too as there was dry crusty shampoo on the dispenser part.

Outstanding stay; friendly staff who helped us find spots to eat and visit; room was fantastic, clean and spacious. Overall: excellent, will stay here again.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. However, the 1 king bed suite lighting is horrible. They need to install some more lighting. Also the view we had was really bad. It was an alley way on the second floor. Street noise was really loud too. Lastly why does the washroom not have an exhaust?? Couple of things they really need to work on.

Great property overall. Suite was quite dark; wouldn’t hurt to put in more light fixtures! Also, the gym decoration and equipment are aweful and of poor taste.

Travelled for business and stayed for three nights. Location is excellent, central to shopping, metro, train station etc. The room was great, bed was comfortable. Pillows could be better, these were older and while fluffy they went flat quickly. One complaint I have is there is no sound proofing of the windows and every sound from the ground can be heard. The early morning delivery trucks, garbage truck, the late mighty crowd singing on their way back. It should be at least slightly muffled. Bought some ear plugs at the Pharmaprix nearby so that helped. I would stay here again 100%!

I stayed this hotel from March 29- April 1st, 2026 on my business trip. The hotel was so clean and the staffs were so helpful and kind. I would love to comeback to this hotel on my next trip
