Great place to Stay in Reading! Will definitely come back next time.

Nice property in nice area.

Helpful staff let down by a dilapidated property. These apartments are in no way close to the standard of the photos in their listing. Burned and stained carpet, chipped work surfaces, grotty shower, broken items, squeaky floors, broken furniture. In fairness, the bed were comfortable and decent water pressure.

Email has bugs, no reply. Colleagues are helpful in phone calls.

Great sized room

Property has cracks all around the roof etc look ancient, no toilet paper provided for a broken toilet that constantly stank of sewage, shower no matter what you do soaks the entire bathroom, Property has basically no stock IE, no extra blankets or pillows etc, if your cold like us you’ve got to deal with it as heating doesn’t even work, only plus is it had a nice cold fan.

I liked the layout of the apartment, although one bedroom was a bit small with nowhere to hang or store clothes. It is great for a short or long term stay. Conveniently located for driving, using the bus or train for transport

The bed was insane! I can’t remember the last time I slept for 8 hours straight for 2 nights on the bounce, not just me the hubby said the same, very comfortable 2 days stay. Ricky was amazing even before check in, contacted us the morning of arrival and allowed us to park our car up a couple of hours George we even checked in, very kind ☺️ we can’t fault the place it was very convenient for us visiting my poorly mam who lives 5 minutes away. Thanks guys we will be booking again for September ☺️

Esperienza estremamente positiva. Pulito e situato in un’area residenziale a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro commerciale Oracle.

Stayed for 2 nights. Everything was great! Ricky is very caring and friendly - shared a couple of local places that were really good. Appliances, furniture and heating are spotless! Especially mattress! Definitely will stay again! Thanks!

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel ou plutôt appartement tout confort , proche des commodités, tout équipé avec wifi et place de parking juste devant. Je recommande vivement !

Bed was amazing comfy

Pretty good all round - clean, nicely appointed and comfortable but with one major flaw. The boiler works away all night and with a late night and then an early rise the next day was a little disappointing and made sleeping soundly very difficult. 9/10 with the exception of the boiler noise

The overall accommodation was alright, we stayed in a two-room and two-bathroom unit. The bedding in the master bedroom was a bit dusty, with some small black spots on it. The reception staff did follow up, but since we arrived quite late, we changed the sheets ourselves. The overall cleanliness was average, the master bathroom was poorly designed, with the entire floor getting wet after showering. The smaller room was relatively cleaner, but there were no available power outlets, so it was not very convenient. We cooked in the unit, so we consumed some of the dishwasher detergent. On the third day, we went to the reception to ask for more, and they said that a welcome pack was provided upon check-in, and if we needed additional items, we would have to pay for them. But it was strange that there was a notice in the unit saying that we could ask the reception for more supplies if needed. We were not quite sure if we could just request more items when necessary. We stayed for 5 nights, and they said that cleaning would only be done after a week-long stay, so the basic cleaning was done by the guests themselves. Overall, the experience was average. The reception staff were friendly, and there was free parking available. The overall cleanliness could be improved.

整體住宿還可以，我們住的是兩個房間及兩個洗手間那一種。去到主人房床鋪有點污糟，有一些小小的黑點在上面。接待處人員亦有跟進，但由於我們到達的時間比較晚，所以自行替換床單。整體清潔程度真的一般，主人房的浴室設計很差，沖涼後整個地板也是水，通風亦不太好。一間細房相對比較清潔，但沒有可用的插頭，所以也不十分方便。我們有在單位內煮食，所以消耗了一些洗碗碟機的洗潔精。到了第三天我們去問接待處多那一些，他們說在入住時已經有一個welcome pack, 如果需要額外的是需要付費。但很奇怪是在單位內的一張告示牌說如有需要可以找接待處他們會提供給我們。我們也不太了解是否才有需要時能夠要求多拿一些用品。我們住了四個晚上，他說要住滿一周才有人來清潔，所以基本清潔都是住客自己做的。整體感覺一般。 Reception 工作人員有善，有免費泊車位。整體清潔有待改善。

Great location for teaching at Reading University or Royal Berkshire Hospital. Flat was really spacious with all amenities that you would require. Bed was really comfy and fans provided as it was hot. It was quite noisy being on the ground floor flat, you could hear people on the stairs and when the front door shut.

This was my 2nd stay at SACO in Reading and it won't be my last one. The place is in a lovely quiet area with free parking. Ricky, who was there to greet us was extremely helpful and even upgraded us to a better apartment! I would highly recommend

Place was clean. Close to transportation and shopping. Dishwasher failed after first week and not repaired by the end of the fourth week. Upstairs was loud with loud cracking floors.
