Room and bedding smell bad, I got itching after 2 night.

I don’t know where to begin. First, we never got any reply to the email that we’ve sent to confirm about the room that we’ve booked. Because it seems odd, in app, the room stated to have 2 King Beds, but the max people is 2. Thus, because we never got any reply, we are supposed to order an extra bed during check in. Which is fine but I prefer to prepare everything in advance. Second, the room is uphill and takes a little bit of effort to get there, which is ok, but the shower was about to break and the curtain fell off due to lack of installation. On top of that, there is no telephone in the room. Such a hassle to go down to the receptionist if you need anything at all. Thirdly, our room was cleaned but the glasses were not replaced with the clean one and the trash bin somehow is on top of the table (?). Fourth, we asked to be picked up at 07.30 for check out, but no one was picking us up and we had to wait more than an hour until we found a guy who was working outside. Thus, we missed our 8 am boat to get to the city and had to wait until 12.30 for the next boat (4 hours of waiting). Despite the friendly staff, everything in the cove is not well maintained and not very professional

So far from phi-phi pier, must rent boat to go the cove. The villa also far from lobby, have to climb the high road. The beach is not beautiful as at phi phi pier. The plus is just the restaurant waiter is very nice and friendly.

We had a wonderful holiday here! The staff were helpful and very friendly! Clean atmosphere, peaceful space and kind people. I surely recommend The Cove Phi Phi to all of my friend if they come to Phi Phi ❤️
