立地は最高ですが、営業時間外に何か問題があった場合、相談できる人がいません。シャワーを開けると、悪臭がします。シャワー使用時に臭いがするとのレビューが多数あるため、改善が必要です。

エアコンは冷えるのが遅いです。シャワーを使ったら嫌な臭いがしました。でもベッドはとても快適でした。部屋は広くて値段も安く、ホテルのような部屋です。Wi-Fiも高速です。

The location is perfect as Pacific Mall is just across the building. About 3-5mins walk from sm city Legazpi and lcc ayala Malls. Legazpi Public Market is about a minute walk from the place. The room is clean and fresh, it has a work area (perfect from those who WFH), the bathroom is also nice, there 's a closet with a huge mirror. Mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities are also present but there 's no coffee or other condiments available. AC is so cold. Bring your own toiletries. It is also secured since they are using keycards in order for you to access the lobby door and hotel room.

Check-in: No signage I just went straight upstairs. Their reception is on the second floor. Smooth check-in. I arrived at 1 PM and they immediately assisted me to my room (rooms 1-3 are on the 4th floor). Location is strategic. Literally right behind pacific mall (1min walk). Same building as ps bank. Google maps are not that accurate for this location. The room is well equipped with towels, a hair drier, an electric kettle, and a TV. What surprised me is the view of Mayon in the room and the mini-fridge (which I think was not used in a long time and kind of smells, I just opened the ref for a while before I plugged it). Note there are no toiletries (there is a shampoo and body wash container in the shower but is empty). No alcohol or extra tissues were provided (given the pandemic). There are a microwave, toaster, and plates, just outside the room. No drinking water was provided. Overall, will definitely stay again (I'm still here as of writing).

Complete amenities. The staffs are nice. Wifi is fast.

Unclear TV connection. We stayed for 5 nights and we are informed by the cleaner that they only replace bedsheets and do cleaning after every 3 days which is not justifiable since cleanliness should be a priority this pandemic. The person who assisted us during our check in (March 13, 2021) is very rude and does not respond to our requests. The door lock also malfunctioned. The room was okay but this hotel should also monitor the behavior of their staffs. All things would be acceptable but the rudeness of the staff is a NO NO for this kind of industry.

Consider replacing the comforter itself. It was visible that it was old and washed many times. Also, please thoroughly check if the room has insects. I had ant bites because I didn’t immediately see that there small red were ants on the wall beside the bed and some of it were already on the bed. Moreover, there was a one cockroach that appeared out of nowhere.

First of all, design of room is amazing, very modern. The room is very clean and comfortable. We had a great sleep because we were tired from traveling. Aircon & wifi is great. The location is good too, just a few walk to SM and the terminal. We were able to catch our ferry early in the morning due to the location of the hotel. The hotel staff is accomodating, they weren't able to let us check in early but let us leave our things in their lobby. They have a view of Mayon from the balcony (we didn't see it due to the weather). We had a great stay, will definitely consider staying here again! 👍🏻

A really nice location situated in the heart of the city. Really loved it.

The room is spacious and location is near malls and restaurants. Beds are also comfortable. There is a microwave, toaster and utensils available in the common area. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. There is only one thing we did not like, the aircon is not cool enough.

It seemed to me that most of the residents of the F2M Tower are permanent residents. During my first night it was hard to sleep because the neighbours were noisy. It got better in the second and third night. The room was alright, but there were several ants which probably came through the bathroom window which couldn't be shut entirely. There was no socket next to the bed. I stayed for three nights but the room was not cleaned up a single time. Cleanliness is an aspect, the management of the F2M Tower will have to work on. The manager was friendly.

This hotel is like home away from home. My room was at room 4, with my own private bathroom that is clean and well lit. Small counter for food and drinks then there's a mini ref underneath to which I didn't bother of using. There's a tv to which I didn't use and a cabinet for your day to day staff. The bed was comfy and the air con was quite noisy (but tolerable. I always compare what I have in my own room ;)). The toilet is quite spacious and clean. They have a hairdryer, free shampoo, free soap and free 2 bottles of water. During my entire stay I just received 2 bottles! ;( I like the location because it is at the centre of legazpi city. I will book again next month and I might be one of their patron guest whenever I need to work in legazpi. The bad? ---2 bottled water for my entire stay ---no refilling of shampoo and bathe soap ---ants were scattered on top of the desk ---noisy neighbors. Other guests were too noisy and you can hear their doors banging all the time.

You will check in at exactly 2pm no consideration for early check in. And the check out is 11am if you will check out late there is an additional fee. Unlike other hotels they consider the early check and late check out for free.

Comfy, check in and check out not flexible.

The place is quite clean and captures over their windows the besuty of Mayon Volcano. Facilities are all above standard including bathroom, common space and bed linens.

The place is in good location near mall but customer service not good. They don't have anyone to assist you during Sunday. We arrive late but the room is not yet available. Check out time 12pm but we are reminded we need to check out as early as 11am.
