ロンドン滞在する際はこのエリアに宿泊先にすることが多いです。今回初めて宿泊しましたが安心して滞在することができました。

良い点　 ・立地・エレベーター・洗濯機・食洗機・ ・キッチンが広い・荷物預かりサービス・スタッフ常駐・毎日ゴミ回収・ベッドが気持ちいい ・キッチンの装備が良い 改善希望点 ・9泊で一度も掃除こない ・オーブンが壊れていて使えなかった。 Switchボタンが、本体を突き破って、一目でわかるが、そのまま放置？ ・ベッドサイドテーブルの電話のコードにチョコレートのようなものが約5センチ幅2ヶ所に、練り込んであるように付着していた。 ・7日目に、タオル交換を希望したら持ってきたが、毎日ゴミの回収はするけれど、古いタオルは、目立つところに置いたが回収しない ・エントランスには、急な登り階段あり。 スタッフが常駐している間は、扉が開いていたが、手伝いはしない。 ・シャワールームにTap 無し

地下鉄の駅、スーパーが近くにあるため便利な場所だった。 シャワーの水圧が弱いこと以外は不満は無い。

The room was clear and neat.

22時を過ぎての到着でしたのでチェックインが不安でしたがスタッフが待ち構えてくれていました。恐らくもっとも狭い部屋に２人で宿泊したので過ごすには工夫が必要でしたが、設備は整っていて概ね清潔、不都合はありませんでした。防音もしっかりしているようで静かでしたし、快適に過ごせました。次回利用する際はもう1ランク広い部屋を希望しようと思います。

とても綺麗なアパートメントスタイルのホテル。スタッフの方たちもとても感じよく、親切だった。

Not far from central London. Two subway stations and several bus stops nearby and possible to walk from Paddington Terminal (we did). Silent and safe circumstance, reasonable restaurants, coffee shops and a supermarket around there. Friendly and professional staff. Well cleaned room with enough linens and amenities. A dish washer, a microwave oven, a laundry machine and a hair dryer ... anything we need are in the room. Overall we are content with the hotel.

ロンドンのベイズウォーター近辺のアパートは何軒か滞在しています．Space Apart Hotelのメリットは，Bayswater駅から徒歩5分くらい，Queens way駅から徒歩8分くらいの利便性と思います．かつ，洗濯機が各部屋に備わっているのはとてもありがたかったです．当方が滞在した105室のキッチンにはinter natinal対応の電源差し込み口がありました．スーパーがBayswater駅のすぐ近くにありますし，豆腐・醤油・その他東洋系の食材が買えるオリエンタル系のスーパーがQueens way駅の向にありました． シャワーが固定式で，日本人には少々違和感があること(ちゃんとお湯は出るので大きな問題ではない)，等を鑑みても，とてもいいアパートでした．2018年2月時点では，Wifiも，ふつうに仕事できるくらいにしっかりしていました．

ロンドン赴任時の住宅探し期間に１週間程滞在しました。モダンな内装、キッチン付き、便利なロケーションが魅力で選びました。 キッチン・洗濯機付きで概ね快適に過ごしましたが、Wifiが弱いことだけが残念でした。ちなみに部屋の清掃は週に一回なので、ゴミ捨て等は自分で行う必要があります。 またスタッフも非常に親切で気持ち良くコミュニケーションさせて頂けましたが、若干忘れっぽいところがあるようで、依頼したことが忘れられていたことが何回かありました。笑

This should be a quiet location, not on the main street, but unfortunately that's too noisy to sleep because every mid night homeless people are digging garbage bins, talking loudly, cars passing by with music, slamming the doors,etc.

We loved this place. Enjoyed having a washing machine and drier and also a kitchette that allowed us to cook some meals at home after a big day out sightseeing

我很失望， 因为我定的不是basement, 但是他们给我downgrade成basement，这种居住体验很糟糕， 以后不会来住的， 而且离两个地铁站都要走一段路。

Good value for money apartment. In close proximity to dining options, groceries and public transport.

What to do upon arrival unclear as the front door was closed and locked. Help and advice with parking could be better.

It was renovated, and looked modern. But the bed and pillow were too soft for my taste. However I was so tired after walking around every day, I slept easily. The staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the washing machine in the room. We were walking distance to 2 Tube stops and easy bus route to Paddington train station.

Très bon séjour. Le seul bémol est que la chambre est au premier étage et nous étions obligés de prendre les escaliers pour y arriver donc pas pratique avec nos valises. Accueil est très bien et la chambre est très bien.

Well maintained property. Close underground station for Paddington and Victoria stations.

Super quiet while I was there and bed so comfortable it was tough getting out of it. Easy access to like six underground/subway lines and all trains to Heathrow and out of the city.

Nice neighborhood with convenient transportation options. I can see that the host has tried to make this place comfortable by installing wifi and providing kitchen equipment and washer and dryer. But there are fundamental issues with the structure. Water does not drain well in shower room. The toilet door makes an excruciatingly loud noise every time. The room is very small. 24-hour concierge is one person manning the desk during normal hours. I do not think that the photos match the reality.
