総合評価とレビュー Riad Reve D'or

当施設については何の不満もありませんが、到着時にトラブルが発生しました。当日マラケシュに到着したのは２２時頃。普段タクシーは使わないのですが、公共交通機関もなく仕方なくタクシーを利用。ドライバーから「下車場所から１００ｍ程歩くけどいいか？」と言われ、その時は特に気にせず乗車。メディナに到着し、タクシーを降りたところで二人組の男が近づいてきて、ドライバーと現地語で会話。二人組が「そのリヤドはこっちだから着いて来い」と。１００ｍぐらいなら一人でわかるはずと気にせず歩き出す。途中で「荷物を持つ」と言われたところで「これはやられた」と気づく。この時間帯はスーク（市場）の商店も閉まっており、真っ暗闇で誰一人歩いていない。とりあえずリヤドまで三人で移動し、着いたところで「金を払え。払わないと中には入れない」と通せんぼ。不本意でしたが、トラブル回避のため２ドル払いましたが、恐らくこの手法は常態化しているものと思われます。

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Riad Rêve d'Or in Marrakech, and it was truly an outstanding experience. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Mohamed, Amina, and Ayoub. Their warmth, helpfulness, and genuine care made my visit unforgettable. Mohamed was incredibly attentive and made sure all my needs were met with a smile. Amina's hospitality and kindness were evident in every interaction, making me feel right at home. Ayoub was always available to assist with any requests and offered valuable insights into the local area. The riad itself was a beautiful oasis of tranquility amidst the bustling city. The rooms were comfortable and elegantly decorated, and the common areas provided a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Overall, my stay at Riad Rêve d'Or exceeded all expectations, thanks largely to the wonderful team. I highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakech.

we Arrived at the property 8pm in the night, and the person at the reception said they gave our room to the walk in customer and said talk to expedia, we tool a taxi from the airport that cost us money plus in middle of night we had no were to go with the family, it took us another 4 hours to find a property for stay and plus more hassel and money, they ruined our holiday, talking to expedia they just refunded the money and said sorry, no one cared for us , it was too stressful, make sure think twice to book this hotel. i will never use this hotel again.

The property is nice but shower was not working , the water does not drain, it was a mess, wake up call by clerk did not work and i loss my train , would not stay there again , hell no.

Liten mysig Riad med bra läge, väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Härlig terrass på taket att äta frukost på med liten bubbelpool ifall man vill doppa sig. Överlag väldigt bra. Minus för att väldigt lyhört och den mest suspekta ingång jag varit med om av mina 500+ bodda hotel....

The location was great and the room was really pretty and clean very well. It is a bit tough to find the Riad in the Médina so they really should have instructions on how to get to their location because you cannot find it by looking at the GPS. The the guy host talked a lot but the female host was pleasant.

Nos gustó la limpieza, la comodidad del hotel y sobre todo la atención del personal, muy personalizada y profesional. No nos gustó que saliera poca agua de la regadera y solo funcionaba la regadera de mano, la grande nunca sirvió, y para llegar es un poco complicado.

Es como sale en las fotos. El personal de lo mas atento y servicial y esta super bien situado.

- no 24h reception, not during the day and either not in the evening (we waited twice for quite a while in front of the door) - breakfast supposed to start at 8 according to hotel booklet, however was never ready before 9 which especially annoying when u have a day tour planned - jacuzzi pool looked super dirty and for sure not used for months (mai) - breakfast was astonishing simpel, with some microwave pancakes - one guy was running the hotel, reception, breakfast which was not enough to serve all the guests - the pool inside the hotel was filled with water Full of insects and quite small and super cold -room with bathroom is basically a tiny room with a Toilette in a corner -shower pipes stuck - poor value for price ratio

The room we had was very small, and toilets were just divided by a wall. Staff was very friendly, muhammad was really good. We went for a spa, and its recommended by the hotel, when we got there the spa charged us double of what we should pay (as usual, you will often get conned in marakesh). Then the hotel lady and muhammad called them back and got our money back. Service is superb. A proper riad.

Wunderschönes Riad, tolle Ausstattung und sehr angenehmes Personal. Ideale Lage zur Erkundung der Medina. Immer wieder sehr gerne.

Under bar liten Riad 20 meter från den myllrande handelsgatan, gångavstånd till alla centrala sevärdheter. Vi använde en hel dag till att uppe på taket sola, bada och slappa. (man märker inte närheten till myllret här uppe. Portiern är väldet hjälpsam med allt.

Location is great!!! Walking distance to the main tourist attractions. The staff are amazing and help. The best hospitality.

Old stylish room and a good breakfast 😁But I would like to take a bath in jacuzzi in the evening and the water was cold , the thing the riad don t have to say that they have one doesn't work because it s very bad for the reputation for the future .. And I hope they understand what I m saying 😉

Riad cocooning agréable même si petite chambre. Très bien situé. Bien profité du soleil sur la terrasse

Hotel pior que outros da mesma categoria que fiquei no Marrocos apesar de mais caro. Cama ruim e chuveiro ruim. Quarto pequeno mas bem ambientado.

Nos daban una habitacion que no correspondia con la reserva, asi que reclamamos y reconocieron su error , y si nos dieron la que se hizo en la reserva,

Beau Riad, bien situé près des souks et de la place Jemma el Fna. Le personnel était très courtois et la chambre très mignonne.
