Ya es la tercera vez q me hospedo allí, El personal es muy amable, la habitación limpia y agradable, el desayuno muy bueno y variado, hay detalles por mejorar en las zonas húmedas, en general todo estuvo muy bien

El grupo de trabajadores del hotel excelente, el televisor tenía cuatro puntos blancos grandes en la pantalla, el colchón muy blando para mi espalda, pero el roof top Cocoa beach y El desayuno incluido buffet es excepcional, volvería al hotel!

Ive been staying in this hotel for about 10 years now , the main reason was that they used to treat you like family and the staff was gracious , pleasant and aways helpful , its a far cry from that now , checking was a nightmare , with a rude recepcionist stating the we didnt have a reservation, not after properly being asked to verify again she saw that not only was the reservation paid but confirmed and verified by expedia .the service upstairs in the pool area is full of arrogant and tired people that you can tell are not happy to be there , the good energy and vibe that this hotel had under GHL managment is gone , this is a corporate hotel were they treat you like a number and dont expect anything else , Sky collection is far from the heavens .

The rooms need maintenance — everything looks old, and there’s a noticeable smell of humidity. On the positive side, the breakfast was good.

Kitchenette poorly stocked and the stove wouldn’t start. The pool was either closed for special events or had music at all hours so loud that it was uncomfortable to be there and my kids couldn’t even stand it and had to leave.
