滞在中、同行メンバーが体調崩しました。フロントの方に相談しましたところ大変親身になってご対応いただきました。おかげさまで体調も回復し無事帰国することができました。フルーツとミネラルウォーターがフリーなのもGOODでした。また滞在した際は訪問したいホテルです。

Unfortunately, the room had numerous maintenance and functional issues that detracted from a positive experience.

It was very clean and nice. There are several amenities here that we didnt even use that most hotels do not offer. The property was well maintained.

Enjoyed the friendly staff and the location was close to everything that I needed. Overall this hotel made me feel right at home.

The check in was a little rough-and the receipt has the wrong address for me as well. Don’t k ow how that would happen. Like REALLYwrong-I live in New York on East street and this had my name with an address in Las Vegas Nevada

A lot of construction going on during my stay.

We got a phone call the morning of our first Night stay to tell us our Room was not available anymore for our stay. So instead of having a suites for a family of 6 with a full kitchen, we were offered two non-connected bedroom with 1 bed each. For 6 persons, we had to Buy inflatable matresses to fit us all. Those two rooms were even more expensive than what we should have paid for less. We had to split our family over two bedrooms and had no kitchen for cooking. Never again we will book either at this hotel nor with Expedia.

Good place..need rénovation

I was attending a funeral, I needed a hotel for a few days. Room was very nice with a full kitchen. Breakfast on the other hand was very disappointing. Powdered eggs and unappealing meats. Carpeting was dirty, and mop buckets and utility carts left in the halls. Kitchen staff was eating leftovers in the darkened breakfast area. No coffee or water left. 3 stars

Hotel is under reservation and did not tell us until we were checking in. The whole hotel reaked of chemicals. The night front desk person was rude. We had to go to hotel next door to use the pool, was limited to 30 minutes but another family that was in there way longer than 30 minutes was never told to leave.

The hotel was very nice inside, as it's been recently renovated. I also very much appreciated the GrubHub coupon we received as guests. The disappointing part was that the heater on the pool was broken so it was not usable, and I was traveling with my two young children and had specifically chosen that hotel for the pool.
