スタッフはとても親切で対応も早かったです。

Hotel was OK, a little bit old, but still okay. The only negative thing was the towel! The towel really really really smells bad, like some chemical/bleaching smell. Already tried to change the towel 4 times but all smell the same! Hope the management can change the towel so this hotel will be superB!

The hotel is situated in a very convenient location with very helpful staffs. The drawbacks will be repetitive buffet line for breakfast and no complimentary toothbrush set.

Bagus, saya menginap 10 malam disini. Tapi kamar sedikit kecil. Hotel di tengah kota keramaian Myeongdong dengan akses Subway memudahkan kami ke mana-mana. Saya akan menginap lagi disini jika kembali ke Seoul.

It is a great location, near by subway, beside that, is easy from airport to reach the hotel by bus

Sangat strategis, helpfull the staf dan cukup nyaman tapi sayang tidak ada swimming pool.

Everything was great, except for the pillows which are too flat, and I need good pillows for a good night rest.
