エレベーターがないので荷物が多いと大変ですが、ホテルの若い女性スタッフが軽々と運んでくれ、とても親切でした。部屋は清潔でかわいらしく、素敵でした。

Everything is great ! Lady at the reception recommended me a great restaurant. It was just 5 min from hotel by walk. Breakfast on roof top awesome. I enjoyed good food and nice view.

It was a wonderful stay, and the ride service from and to the airport was a big plus.

My stay at Procurator 7 Luxury Rooms in Split’s Old Town was exceptional. This boutique gem offers stylish, spotless rooms just steps from Diocletian’s Palace and the Riva. Ana, the manager, was warm and attentive, ensuring a perfect visit with her personalised care. Even though our check-in time was late, she patiently waited for us.

I had a wonderful stay at Procurator 7 in Split, Croatia, and I can’t recommend it enough! The property is stunning, blending modern comfort with a touch of historic charm, perfectly located in the heart of Split. The standout, however, was the exceptional service from Ana, the operator. She was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond when we accidentally left our key in the room—handling the situation with kindness and efficiency. Ana also graciously allowed us to store our luggage after checkout, making our final day in Split stress-free and enjoyable. The entire experience was seamless, and Ana’s warmth and professionalism truly made our stay memorable. I’d happily return to Procurator 7 and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Split!

Perfect location in the city centre and a beautiful room. The staff were very well organised and welcoming.

Property was so pretty. Not your standard hotel room. Ana was lovey with her communication and meeting me. Great location with everything at your feet. Lots of stairs to the room so if you cannot take stairs this isn’t a property for you.

Vi hade det fantastisk under vår vistelse i Split, tack vare Ana! Hon var ständigt närvarande med tips och information om Split. Vi smsade henne mitt i natten med en fråga och hon svarade direkt. Rummet var över förväntan och balkongen var helt fantastisk. Trots att gatan var livlig var rummet helt tyst så fort vi stängde balkongdörren. Här kan du bo, även om du är ljudkänslig under natten. Läget var helt fantastiskt med närhet till precis allt, såväl transport som restauranger, caféer, museer och barer. Rummet var i toppskick och rent och prydligt när vi anlände. Både incheckning och utcheckning gick supersmidigt trots att hotellet inte har en 24h reception.

Fantastisk opphold på et utmerket hotel med fantastisk service fra vår vert Ana. Anbefales på det varmeste. Hotellet er rent og pent og smakfullt innredet. Stedet ligger midt i smørøyet i sentrum med umiddelbar tilgang til alt av restauranter og severdigheter. Tusen takk for et fantastisk opphold i en fantastisk by !

Ana was fantastic!! Housekeeping was excellent!! It was a pleasure to stay there and would return! The only thing is if you bring a heavy bag, I recommend using their storage at the ground level because you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs. There is no lift. Ana does tote the bags. She is very sweet!!!

Ana got through to the airport when I couldn’t so I got my lost luggage returned. The lady who cleaned my room told the manager and she found when it would be returned Much easier to enjoy my time when I knew I would have my things before I left on my cruise. Besides the location and the property were perfect

Excellent stay in the center of the City!

Fantastically central in the heart of Split. Friendly service. Lovely roof terrace. If we come back to Split we will gladly stay here again.

It was very conveniently located to fully explore Diocletian’s Palace, a world heritage site. Ana and Toni, the managers, were very helpful with luggage and airport transfers after our stay.

Really central room in Split and very clean and nicely decorated. Staff really helpful. Would definately recommend.
