階段を上らなくてはレセプションに着かない。 テレビチャンネルが二種類有り操作が解らない。受付の仕事が良い加減。バーも、レストランも無い。シャワールームが狭過ぎて殆ど 作業は無理ですね！ 近くのドアーを開け閉めする時の音が煩く 気になってしまいます。 チェックアウトが10時は早過ぎでしょう。

Dette er en mellomting mellom AirB&B og et hotell. Resepsjonen er ikke bemannet hele døgnet, det er ingen fasiliteter utover rommet og formå få frokost må du gå ut og ned på en cafe noen hundre meter unna. Ok om det er fint vær, men ikke ok om det regner. Rommet var stort, men det er en ganske trafikkert gate på utsiden. Jeg kommer ikke til å bo her igjen.

Placering nær den spanske trappe er fantastisk

Roxana made us feel welcome. Our room was clean. The air conditioning worked (in April). Walking distance to many sites, shopping and train. Overall, great stay.

The location of De Charme is a throne in dead center of all the points of interest in Rome. Very friendly and professional staff creates tangible relaxation.

Breakfast let this venue down, very limited and a set menu also very busy with locals so sometimes you have to wait for a seat. Area is beautiful, great for all attractions, walkable to everything, shopping is fantastic. Property is clean, quiet and rooms are large, suite is great for family’s. Over all a great stay

We didnt have cash and the gentleman at the front desk was annoyed at us. it was uncomfortable.

The room is decent. The weird process is they ask you to write your credit card number including the expiration date which I find it absurd

Fui surpreendido com a a estrutura, tudo que se necessite numa acomodação estava presente neste local. Tudo estava pensado ali, desde chinelos e escovas de dentes, tomadas necessárias, controle da iluminação todas muito bem localizadas, frigobar bem abastecido, café e chá com os respectivos equipamentos, ar condicionado / aquecedor central, limpeza excelente, banheiro todo novo com materiais de primeira qualidade, além da localização excelente junto ao metro e Piazza di Spagna com lojas bares e restaurantes, todos acessíveis a pé.

Internet good. Air conditioning good. No extras like water. No cleaning services while you stay. Location great. Taxi station around the corner.

We had a super stay here for 3 nights. Apartment felt luxurious and was super clean. Staff were brilliant and text us when the room was ready. Location is great near the Spanish Steps, and plenty of bars and restaurants. Metro station is also 1 minute from the door if you want to use public transport. We will definitely use this as our first choice on our next visit.

I really recommend this hotel, is very close to a lot of important places, very accesible to taxis and restaurants. Roxanne is great! Very nice, friendly and help you with everything. Hope soon come back to Rome and stay there for sure.

The location, the room was very nice - and staff amazing. The bed sheets were super soft and u can’t beat the location. I would definitely stay there again when I return to Rome.
