階段を上らなくてはレセプションに着かない。 テレビチャンネルが二種類有り操作が解らない。受付の仕事が良い加減。バーも、レストランも無い。シャワールームが狭過ぎて殆ど 作業は無理ですね！ 近くのドアーを開け閉めする時の音が煩く 気になってしまいます。 チェックアウトが10時は早過ぎでしょう。

We enjoyed a lot our stay at the property, the room was spacious and clean, the location is excellent, quiet and close to everything and the host Roxana was the best. She was prompt in answering our messages and always ready to help with a beautiful smile on her face .

Fantastisk placering i forhold til alt hvad du ønsker at se i Rom. Du kan gå til alt og der er mere at opleve end hvad vi kunne nå på 3 dage. Selve hotellet er et lille men utrolig charmerende hotel, som ligger tilpas tilbage trykket fra hovedgaden så du har ro og fred på værelset. Værelset har alt hvad du behøver i en pæn og god stand. Personalet er utrolig venlige og hjælpsomme. Alt det til sammen og med kun 100m til den spanske trappe så kan vi kun give hotellet vores bedste anbefaling.

The location was amazing! It is within steps of the Spanish Steps. The Basilica of St. Mary Major was 30 minutes walk straight line from Trinità dei Monti, a church on top of the Spanish Steps. So many restaurants within walking distance. My only issue was the round bed. It was strange and difficult to get into and out of. Also newer towels would be nice.

Close to Piazza di Spagna, clean and calm

The property is in an excellent location. Very close to the Spanish steps. Close to the Metro. Little cafes and restaurants everywhere, and supermarket only a couple of blocks away. Just a little bit of noise on the second night, which was bin night for the whole neighbourhood, and a little bit of noise from the university students across the road, which is to be expected. Staff at the accommodation were very nice, and very helpful. They recommended a lovely restaurant nearby.

Our stay was superb and we had a family of two kids ages 9 and 7. Staff was very responsive and friendly and we were able to work through our busy travel schedule. The breakfast was nice and we loved the location.

A hidden gem in 4 minutes walk from The Spanish Steps and 3 minutes walk from Spagna metro station. Wonderful service. Very clean rooms. Highly recommended hotel.

Starting from the beggining when the host Roxana contacted me in advance with a full description how to acces the room since i was arriving late. It made my arrival in Rome stress free. The room was very clean and cleaning was performed accordingly every day of my stay. Staff is very friendly and i want to thank everyone that was involved as it made our stay very comfort. Special thanks to Roxana once again for taking care of us. Recommed to everyone without hesitation.

The boutique hotel is lovely. The hostess, Roxana, is extremely attentive and kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk to many sites like the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and even to the Colosseum and Ancient City!

This hotel is in the perfect location in the city center! Tons of stores to go shopping and tons of restaurants to eat at as well! Everything was in walking distance! From the pantheon, Trevi fountain, the Vatican or even the colosseum. The room me and my fiancé stood in was very cozy and comfortable. The bed was the perfect size and pillows were soft. The AC works well and everything was clean. Perfect for the both of us. Our hosts Roxanne and Mariano were both very nice and helpful. They were very accommodating and made sure our stay was perfect. I would definitely recommend a stay here and would stay again when visiting Rome!

Excelente trato, ubicación y habitacion

Impressionante como um apartamento dividido em 4 quartos pode ser considerado um hotel. Impressionante! Péssima experiencia, única coisa que presta é a localização. Paredes todas sujas das rodas das malas. Chuveiro com cabelos de hospedes anteriores. Cheiro de cigarro em todo o ambiente. Se quiserem uma péssima experiencia, esse é o hotel ideal!

We stayed here with a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The room was spacious, we had a king bed in one room and a roll out sofa bed in the other room, with 2 bathrooms. Pretty affordable for the location and hotel cleanliness/privacy. The building outside was hard to find since it looked like a simple wood building with 2 big doors and no big sign for the hotel name (besides a small name tag on the side of the door). But I think that's just how Rome hotels are with the entrance. Anyway, it wasn't a big problem, our Uber was able to find the place with the address and GPS. The location was very close to the Spanish steps plaza and church. We were able to walk everywhere for food and all the tourist sites, ie. Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Colosseum, etc. Eat at any pasta or pizza place when you are in Rome, they are all amazing and delicious. The front staff lady was friendly and explained everything to us when we checked in, it was quick and easy. The room gets a little dusty with the wood flooring but it was fine, we just asked for room service to come tidy up the room. We would definitely come back to this hotel if we were back in town.

We absolutely loved it here! I he location near the Spanish Steps and Spagna metro made it super convenient. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. There is also a wonderful cafe just around the corner. Highly recommend both!
