とにかくアクセスが良い 高速道路から降りた瞬間にホテルに到着する 快適だが隣の部屋の声は聞こえてしまうので夜は注意

We booked this hotel because it said they have airport shuttle and it is 10 min away from airport since we are leaving early in the morning, however there was no shuttle service, although they will help you to call car service. So I felt this info was incorrect and misleading. We had to take taxi into center of Florence and took taxi back, we would booked other hotel in center of the city. Other than that, People were nice , we have no other issues.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per lavoro e mi sono trovato molto bene. Staff cordiale e professionale, camera pulita e confortevole, perfetta anche per lavorare. Ottima la connessione Wi-Fi e buona la colazione. Posizione comoda per gli spostamenti. Consigliato!

Check in sbrigato in pochi minuti. Camera pulita. Arredamenti e bagno datati. Pareti molto sottili; si sente qualsiasi rumore dalla sranza accanto. Ottima la prima colazione con buffet ben fornitio; caffè e cappuccino fatti al momento come al bar. Addetti in numero adeguato e servizio rapido. Buffet ben forniti

Lovely hotel but only one pillow each and breakfast was totally disorganised. Can recommend going for dinner.

The rooms on the picture on online seems brand new, most of the furniture looked old in mine. There was a terrible smell coming from the drain in the bathroom, I had to sleep with the windows opened. Talking about those windows, look like the last time they've been cleaned was 10 years ago. I found long black hair in the shower.

Peccato, non è la prima volta che soggiorno e mi sono trovato bene per rapporto qualità/prezzo e la zona Purtroppo l’ultima visita , camera un pochino sporca, doccia che non scendeva l’acqua nello scolo perché tappato e allagava bagno, richiesta di doppi cuscini fatta in anticipo ed accettata, ma non trovati ed ho dovuto far richiesta nuovamente (personale però disponibile e cortese)

El alojamiento bastante bien aunque tiene difícil el acceso a Florencia El desayuno escaso y poco saludable

I stayed at this location because the description of the hotel said it had an airport shuttle, but when I tried to book it, they said they didn’t have one. I had to get a taxi for about €45. If you are traveling by public transportation from Florence, this is not an easy place to get to so I wouldn’t recommend it.
