Room wasn’t cleaned well at all, hair in the sink and around the toilet, bugs and dust around the baseboards. Half a used roll of toilet paper ontop of the toilet bowl. Front door had no working lock at all, tv remote was finally found under the mattress (??) I took videos to show the reception and they promptly changed my room.

The room was newly renovated, but the faucet had broken, a quality issue.

La chambre était très défraîchie. Les murs étaient gondolés, on aurait dit du carton. Le plancher était abîmé. Aucune lampe de chevet, ni interrupteur près du lit pour contrôler la lumière. Dans la salle de bain, le plancher était taché de peinture, les pompes pour le gel et le shampooing étaient fixées au mur hors de la douche. Le déjeuner qui était inclus, était très sommaire. Mauvais rapport qualité-prix. Je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel

Le plancher dans la chambre 405 que j’ai occupé était imprégné de trace de saleté de chaussures bien visible. J’ai appelé au téléphone 3 fois et personne ne répondait. Le service à la clientèle a la réception était vraiment de très mauvaise qualité. Quand tu te présente à la réception pour une information, la fille te parle à peine . A la cuisine, le stock ( crêpe œuf ) était deja presque vide. Si non y’a la tranquillité dans l’ensemble. C’est un bon endroit pour se reposer mais le service doit être amélioré.

room was clean, good bedding, but had to ask for extra pillow as none were in the room only extra blanket, no ice buckets either or ice machine in building, have to go ask for at reception desk, who by the way had an amazing young girl there, cheerful smiling and ready to help with anything,

I had a great stay at Ramada Hotel Laval. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very welcoming, kind, and professional from check-in to check-out. The location is convenient and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant. Thank you for the excellent service—I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Rien a dire sur le personnel, la personne qui m'a accueillie et celle a mon départ était très gentille. La chambre était grande, mais le robinet du lavabo n'était pas vissé, de plus la douche manquait de nettoyage, il y avait pas mal de moisissures dans les coins et sur la céramique, un petit rafraîchissement serait nécessaire.

Beds and pillows need update. There was no housekeeping in the 5 day stay at this hotel. We had to keep the room clean despite dirty entranceway due to bad snowy slushy weather. Also, had to empty the garbage and ask for supplies a few times.

La chambre était impeccable. Le personnel très courtois. Le petit déjeuner mériterait un peu d'effort. Le pain pour les routi était dur et il restait qu'une seule tranche. Pourquoi ne pas avoir de vrai café au lieu de l'eau chaude.
