部屋はとても綺麗でしたが、お風呂の排水が非常に悪かったです。それ以外はお部屋はとてもおしゃれで快適でした。耳栓も準備されておりびっくりしました。うるさいのかな？と思いましたが、全く問題無かったです。 エクスペディアのVIPアクセスで15ドル分の飲食が無料になったので、朝ごはんにプールサイドでフルーツの盛り合わせを頼んだのですが、メロンはカチカチで、イチゴは痛んでいてクオリティーが低かったです。無料だったのでまぁしょうがないなとなりましたが、15ドル払ってあれでは怒りの気持ちがわいていたかもしれません、、、

The reception girls are very friendly, I went to celebrate my birthday and it was wonderful since they left me champagne in my room. I would visit it again, 100% recommended

The property was amazing!!! The only downside is we were told the shuttle would drop us off in front of Mallory Square and they actually dropped us off at about a 15 minute walk away from it.

While the rooms were awesome, we were hugely disappointed to learn both restaurants were under renovation which was not mentioned anywhere on the website. Don't plan on getting a good night's sleep because the property is over run by chickens and the roosters started screaming at 3am.

Wonderful Stay – Wish We Stayed Longer! We had a lovely experience at this beautiful and clean hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The hotel grounds were charming, with relaxing areas and board games available for some family fun. We especially enjoyed seeing the hens and their adorable chicks wandering around—it added such a peaceful, countryside touch. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and our whole family enjoyed it. What a train wreck. I should have been worried when they called me 4 times to verify my time of arrival, after I had called earlier that day and spoke with two different people about... Bathroom doors are barn doors and they kept breaking, resulting in multiple room moves. I was charged 6 times various amounts ($897, $693, etc etc) even though I paid in full via Expedia before hand. Lastly, we left two days early of our 4 day trip because the AC cover fell off (the window to the ocean view is right above the unit) and hit my foot, hard. Also, NEITHER of the two elevators were working. I have had a knee replacement recently (and I am late 30s for context) and since our room was moved to the 5th floor... we couldnt handle the stairs. Nevermind there was a guy STUCK and banging on the elevator when we were leaving.. They disabled the call button for help in the elevator. VERY UNSAFE. Save yourself the trouble. Still have not gotten the $$ charged inaccurately returned to me. Nevermind the insane resort fees...... (I would absolutely not call this a resort).
