部屋はとても綺麗でしたが、お風呂の排水が非常に悪かったです。それ以外はお部屋はとてもおしゃれで快適でした。耳栓も準備されておりびっくりしました。うるさいのかな？と思いましたが、全く問題無かったです。 エクスペディアのVIPアクセスで15ドル分の飲食が無料になったので、朝ごはんにプールサイドでフルーツの盛り合わせを頼んだのですが、メロンはカチカチで、イチゴは痛んでいてクオリティーが低かったです。無料だったのでまぁしょうがないなとなりましたが、15ドル払ってあれでは怒りの気持ちがわいていたかもしれません、、、

This property has been newly renovated and is very nice. The pool area was beautiful and lush with palm trees and other tropical flora. The pool bar area was also nice and the bartenders were great. There were still some renovations being done during our stay but the staff did try to accommodate by letting us use amenities at adjacent properties. It’s not in the heart of the action, but they have transport that can take you there. We enjoyed our stay at this property.

Basic lower priced hotel that was conveniently located! Staff was very nice and property clean and maintained. Comfortable bed and linen! However, warning, it’s extremely noisy if you have a room on the highway side. All night long I was awakened by motorcycle and car traffic. I should also mention roosters have taken over Key West and starting at 4 AM. They make an ungodly high-pitched squawking sound. It will absolutely wake you out of a dead sleep! Yes, they provide earplugs in your room, but no fun sleeping with them stuck in your ear! Lastly, like all properties nowadays, they have ridiculous resort fees, basically for use of the swimming pool and Internet.

Their fire alarm went off 2 times in a night. The room I stayed in had one window and the shades won’t open.

The rooms are newly remodeled and comfortable. This hotel is about 4 miles from Duval Street. It offered a free shuttle but you need to reserve your spot ahead of time.

- Bathroom door does not lock , does not even close properly. Very inconvenient with toddlers. Never had any bathroom door without locks in my any hotels - Lot of road noise - Breakfast is not bad - Has shuttle stop - Some small play area of kids

Parking isn’t great and got stuck in the elevator twice - door wouldn’t open unless you pressed the close and then open button or close then floor number button.

It’s a lovely property. The staff are excellent. Very clean. The pool area very nice, and the grill there very good. The pool is salt water. One complaint - I’d reserved a King size room but the moved us to a double Queen room, I’m thinking because they get more money from direct reservations rather than through Expedia. Due to this, they did knock off the cost one night’s stay when we checked out, which we appreciated. Nice place to relax overall.

We booked a garden view and the hotel told us, everything except the pool view is a garden view. So don’t let you fool yourself, but it was a street view on a very busy street! The breakfast options were very limited!

The hotel was clean. It's shared with 2 other hotels. Have use of the pools & bars in all 3 hotels. No guest laundry in this hotel. Can use the laundry in furthest hotel(Hilton)

The pool had a large number of young unsupervised children running around. One boy kept diving and I yelled at him and said the sign says no diving he kept on doing it. I feel like they need an occasional superviser looking over the pool. I wondering if locals dropped their kids off. Anyone can walk in the side gate and no one would check to see if they were guests.

I visited three years ago, and I must say, the recent renovations are quite impressive and really inviting. However, I noticed that the pool bar area seems to be a bit short-staffed. With just one person handling drink preparation, taking orders, and delivering food poolside, it can be challenging to provide timely service. David is very friendly and does his best to accommodate everyone, but having a little extra support would greatly enhance the experience. Additionally, I observed that the lobby bar is currently closed, which is a missed opportunity. It would be beneficial to have service in the lobby for those looking for nightcaps. However, I appreciate the option to head over to the connecting property for drinks. Overall, the food and drinks remain excellent and continue to impress.

I didn’t like the fact that you couldn’t set out on your balcony, no chairs provided

Food was a delicious, i recommend ordering the breakfast package.
