The room was nice ! I loved the shower and bed

Their breakfast area is too small, it is hard to pass through especially when it gets busy. Parking fee is $21 per day..

The area of the hotel was good. We were able to walk to downtown and eat and then walked to KFC Yum Center for a concert. It was a little bit of a walk to the arena so maybe if you want something closer go with a different option but we did not mind the walk. Hotel was clean and great for a one night stay. It was quiet and we had no issues. We could not fit our truck in the parking garage due to it being 7' clearance but we parked in the lot across from the hotel and it was $19 for 24 hours. Felt safe and no issues

Great stay

Overall a great location and experience. Walking distance to Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory. Great complimentary breakfast each morning. Room was a nice size for a family of three. Check-in was odd as there was no one at the front desk. I walked around the entire lobby and an employee came out of a back office area and seemed annoyed that I was there and proceeded to barely say three words during the check-in process. Other than that initial issue, everyone else seemed friendly. Parking does cost but it is close to hotel and we had no issues. Would recommend for families.

The room was fine. In the picture on hotels.com there was a small sofa in the room however our room did not have one in it.

Hotel is at one end of everything. Quite a walk to get to anything but felt safe doing so.

Refrigerator did not work. We had leftovers in the fridge and didn’t realize it wasn’t working until we got up the next morning. No remote for the tv and the sheets smelled mildewed. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Hotel itself is nice and otherwise was clean.

Everything was great. Location, staff, cleanliness.

Super nice hotel, great breakfast, good location to downtown

Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good. We had cobwebs all over our room and there was nasty stuff stuck on the ceiling. Also, one of our glasses in our room had lipgloss on it so it was obviously used.

Hotel was great. Only suggestion is not serving the exact same breakfast ever day.

Would stay here again.
