2週間滞在させていただきました。外観は古い感じがして初めは大丈夫かと心配でしたが中は綺麗に改装されてて海外のアパートに住んだような気分でした。主のホテルにwi-fi があるらしく2、3軒となりにこのホテルがあるのでほとんど繋がらず大変でした。この建物の内に4ルームあるのですが建物自体が古いためかすごい音が響きます。私たちは気にしないようにしていたので2週間という長期で滞在出来ましたが気になる方はご注意ください。 寝るくらいなら部屋も綺麗で大丈夫だと思います. 4部屋中2部屋はバスルームが部屋の外にあります。

Good presentation, helpful staff

It says 12mm should be quiet and respect other people who stayed there but that’s not what happened first night someone is shouting and loud for hours like from 1am to 3am. Friday night was fine it was quiet but Saturday day next to my room how many time should the people could go in and out? Every minute they open the door for who knows what’s the reason and so loud. I tried to have a good sleep as I have an early flight to catch but I didn’t sleep until 2am because of their noice.. it was so terrible and never again I will book a place there. No bins inside the room, no soap holder and it says on the photo microwave but there was none

Carpet smell so bad, couldnt sleep all night. Not recomended

Staff were lovely, however the towels provided were dirty, the area around the toilet was dirty, the showerhead didn't work and caught on the shower tap resulting in sudden changes of temperature, and the air conditioner was not functioning. Lastly the parking was narrow and difficult.

We got to our room and it was nothing like the pictures. There was dirty hand prints on the benches there was hair on the sink rubbish on the floor and mud on the floor. We where then shown 2 other rooms that where no better will not stay again

We ended up being upgraded to the the crest next door and it was excellent

Even body that I had dealings with was a great experience that I walked away with Thanks 😊

Staff were friendly and service great

As I checked in others were at reception complaining that their room was not made up. Upon checking into room mine was not made up either. Could hear the TV in the next room. Had to pay $40 parking Would not recommend

This property is actually crisis accomodation and Crest are not permitted to use it as a hotel room. The room we had was full of bedbugs and my husband is badly bitten It has been reported to council NEVER EVER agree to stay here, there is nothing good about this property and sad to think people in crisis are made to stay here
