ティアラは熱帯の風景の中に佇んでいます。敷地内はとても美しく、ゆったりと過ごすのに最適です。予約した部屋は広々としていて清潔で快適でした。ホテル自体は古く、やや老朽化が進んでいるため、改装すれば建物と部屋の美観が向上するでしょう。スタッフは親切で気配りが行き届いていました。街の中心部からは少し離れていますが、車で少し走れば行けるので、また泊まりたいと思います。

ホテルはとても快適でした。残念ながら、本来は仕事が終わって2泊する予定でしたが、結局1泊だけしてクアラルンプールへの旅を続けることにしました。

周囲の環境がとても気に入りました。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーです。

Maybe need refurbish but still amazing plce to stay. Need maintain kitchen, socket got ng. Overall satisfied within 2 nights recently.

The stay was rather good. The room is spacious and had staffs helped me especially the bell boy who carried the luggage. Upstairs as I've fractured bone. The only concern would be the toilet cleanliness. Perhaps that can be looked into.

Nice room, view and facilities.

Room - Spacious but a bit outdated. Breakfast - Adequate but slow refilling of food Wifi and mobile data connection - very slow for both hotel wifi and mobile data & line. only 2 bars for Celcom and maxis. There's a nearby beach where you can view sunrise. The garden is nice with a fish pond but lots of mosquitoes.

Old furniture but spacious room and comfort. Hotel provide shuttle van from hotel to down town and airport to hotel as well. Breakfast ok.

Keadaan villa yang teruk! Lantai berhabuk. Dalam vila dengan lampu yang suram 😮😕 Perlu penyelenggaran pada vila ni. Keluarga sudah beberapa kali tinggal di vila Tiara tetapi vila yang kali ni paling merugikan 😒

First, the furniture were old. God knows how old they are. There are even stains on the couch. Secondly, the ac water leaked in the living room. Thirdly, the extra pillow provided was dirty. Fourth, toilet door lock is broken. Fourth, one of floor tiles in the kitchen was loose. Fifth, we only got our clean towels around 5pm (??!)

Comfortable, recommended for family trip

We book the 3-rooms Villa and initially was given at the top floor (3 storeys), we request to change because of inconvenient going up the stairs with kids and elderly people. The villa is given very low maintenance, look kind of haunted in cloudy days. It is lacking in many things, such as towels, hair dryer, pan fryer etc. However, I would like to praise their housekeeping crew for answering our calls and requests immediately and solving our issues. I'm happy with their complimentary drinks. Food for breakfast is ok. For the price we paid, I can't complaint much. However, I hope the management will give the villa better maintenance.

The room that I book have some problem. Report to management. They take action immediately. And they change my villa from 3 bedrooms to 5 bedrooms instantly. Good service.

The villa was not properly maintained. Hot water is only available in master bedroom. Jaccuzi are not functioning. As for breakfast. Only few item. Coffee and tea are on request but took so long to get it. You need to request sugar and creamer for your coffee and tea as it was not available at the table. Short of staff is one of the factor. Refill of food too slow. The housekeeper did a good job in cleaning the villa.
