The hotel is located in the middle of rice fields, so it was difficult to get around on the hotel's motorbike. However, we were able to enjoy the natural surroundings of Ubud. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Very unique location with adventure environment by motor cycle commuting between Villas and Down town. Enough space, quiet air-conditioning feel very far from Downtown because it's isolated in the middle of race field, but really close to town. All staffs are very kind and well very supportive.

部屋が広いです。１フロアだけでも広いのに、３フロアあります。周りはのどかです。プライベートプールでの昼寝は最高です。 レストランの食事はかなりおいしいです。感動します。 ウブドの街からは離れてますけど、バイクで送迎してくれます。 ウブドに来たらまたここに泊まりたいですね。

レセプション近くの126というプールヴィラに宿泊しました。日本人のスタッフがいらして、細かい心遣いが素晴らしかったです。お籠りステイにはとても環境が良いと思います。

4泊しました。サービスも行き届いており、大変快適な滞在でした。おすすめです。

田んぼの中の高級ﾎﾃﾙでした。宿泊部屋は全部で数部屋しかないので、他の客とは2階にあるﾚｽﾄﾗﾝで見かける程度。静かな環境で、田んぼの中のｱﾋﾙたちを眺めながら、お茶や食事ができ、とてもﾘﾗｯｸｽできる贅沢な時間を持てました。素敵なｳｪﾙｶﾑﾄﾞﾘﾝｸを頂いた後にも関わらず、15時から17時まではﾊｲﾃｨｰが無料ということなので、それもいただきました。ｲﾝﾃﾘｱも飲み物も食事類ももどれも洗練されていておいしいし、素敵です。ｽﾀｯﾌも少人数なので、2泊3日のうちに顔見知りになります。みなさん、もちろん笑顔が素敵で親切です。ﾎﾃﾙの立地が車が入らない田んぼの中にあるので、最寄（ｳﾌﾞﾄﾞ王宮周辺）の駐車場からは、ｽﾀｯﾌのﾊﾞｲｸで送迎付きです。1kmくらいなので、日中は散歩にちょうどいい。ﾎﾃﾙには電話がないのでﾎﾃﾙとの連絡専用に携帯電話を持たせてくれます。ﾀﾞﾝｽを観て夕食をしたので22時を過ぎたのですが、夕食終了時に電話したらすぐに迎えに来てくれました。洗面所は1か所で広く、ｼﾝｸが2個あり、ｼｬﾜｰとﾊﾞｽﾀﾌﾞは場所が分かれていました。主人と娘と3人で使用するにはとても便利でした。ただ、ｼｬﾜｰはﾎｰｽの向きに注意しないと、ﾄｲﾚ周囲まで水浸しになってしまうので要注意です。部屋は広く、清潔で素晴らしいｲﾝﾃﾘｱでした。ﾊﾞﾘ島ではエコ対策に取り組んでいて、ﾌﾟﾚｽﾁｯｸ製品から紙や竹のｽﾄﾛｰに変わっていたり、ﾌﾟﾗｽﾁｯｸ袋使用の制限や、分別ｺﾞﾐ箱の設置などが実行されていました。ﾎﾃﾙのﾄｲﾚでは、ﾄｲﾚｯﾄﾍﾟｰﾊﾟｰ専用のごみ箱がありました。ｲﾝﾄﾞﾈｼｱでは排泄後の洗浄は当たり前ですが、先進国はﾄｲﾚｯﾄﾊﾟｰﾊﾟｰ社会なので、その使用法をﾁｪｯｸｲﾝの時に説明してもらったらよかったと思いました。うっかりﾄｲﾚｯﾄﾊﾟｰﾊﾟｰを流した時、詰まりそうになりました。もしかしたら、田んぼの中にあるﾎﾃﾙなので、浄化ｼｽﾃﾑ上の問題かもしれません。ただ、水道水はﾄﾞｲﾂの浄化ｼｽﾃﾑを利用しているとのことで、飲料可能でした。ﾊﾞｲｸの後ろでﾊﾞﾘ島の風を浴び、路地を走り抜け、椰子の木と田んぼの中にある異世界。そしてﾊﾞﾘﾆｰｽﾞとの触れ合いなだら、ﾘﾗｯｸｽできる最高のﾎﾃﾙだと思います。また行きたいと思います。

The staff were excellent and so attentive. Our suite was beautiful and the location perfect. The breakfast was exceptional. We will be back!

Lækkert, stort værelse. Det sødeste og mest hjælpsomme personale. Ops på at biler ikke kan køre helt til hotellet, så de sidste 1,2 km foretages på (gratis) scooter, men gør bare at der er fredfyldt omkring hotellet, samtidig med at man hurtigt kan være inde i byen igen. Der tilbydes gratis scooterkørsel til/fra byen, med kun få minutters ventetid.

Staff was so helpful and friendly. Food was amazing. Room was one of the best I have ever experienced.

깨끗하고 넓고 편안한 객실, 늘 웃는 직원들, 오토바이 픽업서비스, 넓은 개인수영장, 질좋고 맛난 아침식사, 그리고 무엇보다도 수돗물의 질이 너무 좋았어요. 자체 정화시스템 덕분에 필터 색깔이 1%도 변하지 않았습니다.

The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, they were accomodating for all our requests, kept our rooms clean at all times and respected our privacy and even went out of their way to help me plan a surprise for my girlfriend

객실은 너무도 깨끗하고 넓고 층고도 높아 좋았어요. 직원들도 항상 모두 웃으면서 반겨주셨고 친절했습니다. 프라이빗하게 지내기 좋은 위치였고 호텔 레스토랑도 맛있고 뷰도 좋았어요. 아침에 논길 산책이 좋았고 호텔앞 논에 오리들 구경도 재밌었어요.

I have only good things to say about The Luxe Ubud. Everything was perfect from the moment I got picked up from the airport to the moment I left. The staff are just out of this world. Very courteous, friendly and responsive. They handle you with so much care and treat you with so much respect that you begin to question if you’re royalty (haha). The food at the Grill was simply amazing! (A big shoutout to the chef’s and the lovely gentlemen and ladies that work there). I will definitely be back and will also recommend this stay to friends and family who want to visit Ubud. The location is great and safe…a very walkable and quiet area. I traveled alone as a woman and didn’t feel scared when walking at night or early in the morning. You won’t regret staying at The Luxe. Kudos to the staff and owner/s!

This place is amazing! Everything was great, from the food to the staff. The place is located at a quiet and beautiful area - ideal to relax - and transportation to the center of town is always available if you don't feel like walking. They made my stay memorable and I will definitely be back.

Ubud is Amazing and The Luxe is the cherry on top! From pick-up (on the scooters) to check-in(delicious welcome drinks) to the staff being the best and most attentive staff on the planet to checkout, EVERYBODY and EVERYTHING about this stay was SUPERB! We've traveled all over the world and this is the most hospitable and welcoming hotel out there! Always willing to help, always greeting you with smiles, and sincerely asking how your day was. The room was phenomenal, turn down service in the evening is a pleasant surprise. I can't say enough good things about this place, truly an excellent experience and we'll ALWAYS stay at The Luxe whenever we're lucky enough to return Ubud and it's wonderful staff! We have been traveling in the world for about 80 centuries and stay in 600 above hotels. We love the luxury hotels. This hotel is very unique providing excellent service and very top notch food in an area you can’t imagine. Every thing you ask they are prepared for you. Toady we are in another luxury villa. We miss the luxe so much. The service has no comparison. Thank you for all of them.

Probably the best hotel I've ever visited. Incredible room, incredible staff, and beautiful surroundings. I wish we had stayed longer. And the restaurant upstairs is also incredible. We probably ate the best steak of our lives. Yes, it is expensive, but it is worth it. I just can't recommend it enough!

This is a small boutique hotel with 4 units. The staff are accommodating and friendly and go out of their way to provide excellent service. I had an early departure at 6 AM for the airport. The staff knew I would not be able to eat breakfast and offered to provide a breakfast box for me to take and I did not even need to ask. On the day of my departure, it was raining. Because cars are not allowed on the road to the resort, staff pick you up from the main road and take you down. My luggage would be out in the open in the scooter; the staff put my luggage into a plastic bag so that it would not get wet. Again, this was done without having to ask. They made arrangements for drivers, tours etc and were patient when he had multiple changes as to what we needed. The hotel is close to center of Ubud where there is shopping and numerous dining options. Yet, it is quiet and peaceful at the hotel and you would not even know you are in town. The breakfast is amazing and delicious and so was dinner. If you are not going out for the day, there is not as much for you to do as there is only a small pool at the hotel. But the room is very nice and relaxing in there would be wonderful. We highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again if we travel to Bali again.
