The parking was right outside our room, couldn't have been more convenient. The staff were all please and responsive. Breakfast was fresh hot and delicious.

Breakfast was a typical motel breakfast but the room was quiet and water was hot. Ivy's Bistro on site was good. Close to where we needed to be. Older motel and nothing fancy but the price was right. I would stay there again if in Houlton.

After a long long hard day on the road, Ives’s Motor Lodge was what the doctor ordered. Very clean rooms, friendly informative staff, and a great little restaurant on the property that served the freshest best meal I’ve had eating out in a long time. highly recommend this place

Rooms need updating! Looks like Ronald McDonald was the interior decorator for the room. The women at the front desk were great. The bistro is hit or miss as far as service first night at bistro was great the 2 woman there were wonderful very friendly.

We stayed t Ivey's motel twice this summer. The rooms were very nice, beds comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

My second time staying here. Very friendly and helpful staff and the rooms are comfortable. If I’m ever passing through again, this is the place I’d stay!
