無料でアップグレードしてくれました。部屋、朝食ともに最高でした。シャワーの水圧は弱めでしたが、気にならない程度。

客室がとても綺麗だった

部屋は希望通りの2ベッドルームでした。通りに面していて、街の様子を見る事が出来ました。 スーツケースを2個広げても充分広く、小型のスーツケースを置く台もあって便利でした。 クローゼットが２つあり、服が多くかさばる冬の旅行には便利でした。 バスルームには洗面台が2つあり、広く快適でした。 受付のスタッフはいつも笑顔で、外出する時も帰って来た時も気さくに挨拶をしてくれました。 また朝食が美味しかったです。バイキングだけではなく、オムレツやスクランブルエッグを注文に応じて調理してくれて、温かく美味しい朝食を楽しめました。 何よりどこに行くのにも便利な立地である点が気に入りました。 空港からのAerobusが発着するカタルーニャ広場から近く、地下鉄1号線、3号線のカタルーニャ駅も近くです。地下鉄4号線のウルキナオナ駅はほぼ目の前です。 近くにはカタルーニャ音楽堂があり、美味しいチョロス屋さん、レストランの4GATSも徒歩圏内です。 次回のバルセロナ旅行の際にもぜひ利用したいと思います。

新しい建物でとても清潔な部屋と設備だった。必要なアメニティも全て揃っていて快適に過ごせた。スタッフも皆親切で、到着が早かったがチェックインさせてもらえて大変助かった。有料のランドリーサービスがあったが、長期滞在用にランドリールームがあるとなお良かった。観光に便利な立地でとても過ごしやすかった。また利用したい。

カタルーニャ広場まで徒歩五分以内にあり、空港へのアクセスが良い。カタルーニャ音楽堂や市場を観光するにも、アクセスが良かった。 屋上には小さなプールがあるが、眺めも良く人気でした。アーリーチェックインに対応してもらえた。 部屋はやや狭めだが、清潔感がありアイロンもあった。総じて綺麗で良かった。

ハネムーンで使用しました。 部屋も広くて清潔でとても快適でした。 観光地もちょうどいい場所に位置しているのでオススメです。 何より、ホテルスタッフのホスピタリティもいうこと無しで素晴らしいです。 いい思い出になりました。本当にありがとうございました。

ホテルのスタッフさんはみんなとてもフレンドリーで良かった。部屋も清潔に保たれていた。立地は観光するには非常に便利な場所で最高！ サグラダファミリアが完成したらまた来ようと思ってるから同じホテルにしようと思う。

部屋の清掃及びミニバー周辺のコップの取り替え、今最もひどいのは、昼寝休憩を早くするので，掃除を請求したのに、オーケーと言って，掃除リスト拒否にされたので、、ゴミもベットメイクもしてもらえず、清掃は4時までと女性フロント係に断られた。 従業員の就業時間は客には、関係ない。サービス業の仕事としては、最低だった。

Love this hotel. My 4th time staying here and never disappointed me.

An excellent stay. Hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of many local attractions and restaurants. We originally had a classic room on the 5th floor however after one night we suffered a leak in our bathroom from the ceiling. The staff dealt with this situation admirably and immediately sent maintenance to inspect the problem before we were moved to a suite for the remainder of our stay. We could not fault the way this was handled. The rooms were very well equipped with all amenities and kept to a clean standard. It was also my birthday whilst staying and I returned to the room to find a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and chocolate desserts for my wife and I which was a very nice gesture. We would definitely return and recommend to others staying in Barcelona.

The hotel was great and the staff were extremely friendly. Location was amazing and great restaurants near by. However, when I came to check in - I was told that I was moved to another hotel (another H10) around 15 min away because they had over booked. I refused to move and informed them that my employees were staying here and that I had already paid for the hotel 2 months ago. They suggested they move all my employees as well! I refused and they ended up letting keep our reservation and move others that reserved later. I don't understand how in this day and age - that an establishment can not only accept full payment from clients on an overbooked hotel. This practice is unacceptable and Expedia (as well as H10 Cubik) will have to answer to this. I appreciate that the hotel accommodated me (I did pay 2 months prior) - but this is not right. People choose hotels based on price, location and convenience - and to be told that you're being moved cause they over booked is really unacceptable. Like I said, great hotel and I would stay there again...but beware as this appears to be common practice for them. @Expedia - I'd love to know what your thoughts on this practice and how you permit it.

Poor sound proof. Can hear high heels walking above our room. Breakfast is good. Staff serving at the breakfast is very efficient. Reception staff not good with assistance re direction. Location good.

Très bon accueil ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le lit est confortable et le personnel du service est très sympa.

Staff and service were excellent. Location was perfect to walk to many of the sights. Room was comfortable and very clean. Rooftop bar was a nice place to relax for a drink before we would head out to dinner. Overall a great stay.
