家族連れに最適な美しいプール

古いホテルで、部屋の防音対策はされていません。部屋も古く、値段も高いです。周りの音がすべて聞こえます。子供連れには優しいホテルです。観光スポットや海辺まで徒歩圏内です。駐車場も充実しています。でも、このホテルは初めてで、これが最後です。休暇には不向きなホテルです。

Hotel OK. Nice view. Just old furniture & limited breakfast.

Good service, hotel and environment for family trip. Easy to access outside restaurant and amenities around Lumut jetty by walking. Will come again.

Secara keselurahan baik..perlu pelbagaikan pilihan makanan ketika breakfirst dan perabot lama perlu ditukar serta tilam sedikit keras

Maybe could improve on some area like iron+board ready in the room, there was ants on the table, which you need to be careful to put any foods inside the room. Others, I enjoyed the stay there.

Layanan yang baik dan kebersihan yang memuaskan.

1. Bilik belum dikemas semasa check in 2. Penghawa dingin tidak berfungsi dengan baik 3. Nampak seperti hotel lama dan harga tidak berpatutan dengan keadaan hotel. 4. Perlu dibuat penambahbaikan dan diselenggara dengan betul

Harga bilik dengan keadaan sebenar tak setimpal. Dengan keadaan bilik tiada karpet , simen semata-mata. Cara staff dia menegur pengunjung tak pkai mask tiada adab, jerit dari jauh. Bilik dia kurang bersih. Cuma staff maintanance je yang baik. Pemilik hotel ni tolonglah repair aircond tu, dan tambahlah lampu dalam bilik tu. Suram sangat! Bab makan tu sangatlah biasa kalau beli breakfast situ baik pergi makan luar lah🙄

Staff not welcoming guest especially front office and f&b, manager also kekwat. Luggage hold at lobby about 1 hour + until we go back downstairs, poor breakfast selection and taste was so so. Only win about location and pool.

Penginapan yang selesa. Breakfast yang membuka selera. Superb!

All are perfect including Ramadhan buffet. Will be back there again.

Old and very outdated hotel. For RM200 plus I can get a better hotel with better facilities in Pangkor. I had to park all the way to the back of the hotel and walk very far with my luggage to the hotel. Breakfast was served late to my room. Food quality was not up to my expectation. Coffee house was closed for some event and I was not allowed to have my evening tea there. Swimming pool was congested and no water available from the outdoor shower.

Hotel lama. Aircond bocor dalam bilik. Toilet bowl bergoyang, tv semut2, bilik berhabuk, food servis lambat. Minta hantar makanan pukul 9 pagi. Pukul 10 pagi baru dapat lepas 5 kali call reception!

Nice room..big room.. But old TV.. And no carpet.. Food just average.. Overall ok

The toilet was a bit dirty and smelled. But the room is cheap and pretty. Very satisfied with the swimming pool and view room. Just need to fix the condition of the toilet.

Blik memang lah besar dan luas tapi aircond kena pgl dua kali baiki, lampu begitu jugak, air x bper pns dalam blik air, so agak mengganggu kita untuk rehat, msuk2 blik dh kena pgl staf dia baiki smpai 3x datang negok, so agk buang masa kita untuk rehat kt blik tu kan, mknan tawar yang amat, hrp ke nasi lemak n sosej ja sdp, kolam puas aty, untuk orang yang renang memang dalam kolam dia.
