Zimmer und Hotelanlage schön jedoch am Hang gelegen. Essen für ein 5 Sterne Hotel enttäuschend

Property pools are nice and the view from the hotel is Amazon. The rooms are big but a little outdated. The worse part is the quality od the food provided. Not only is it quite limited, but also the food itself is not good and of a very poor quality. All inclusive is not worth it, ended up eating on the city for lunch and dinner more than half of my stay.

Das Hotel liegt auf einem Hügel für ältere Leute ohne buggy nicht möglich Die Zimmer werden alle zweiten Tag gereinigt Da das alles uns nicht bekannt war, sind wir nach zwei Tagen dort ausgereist und haben keine Erstattung bekommen Um den Strand zu erreichen, muss meinen ersten befahrene Straße überqueren

Stayed for 2 nights with an all inclusive package. Inclusions limited but good food and options for relaxing. Close to town also gave options to walk and see some of the town.

Das Hotel hat eindeutig zu wenig qualifiziertes Personal. Zeitweise völlige Überforderung in den Restaurants. Auch Reinigungspersonal reinigt mehr oder weniger nach belieben, aber nicht so wie man sollte. Shampoo wird nicht aufgefüllt, dito Kaffee, Duschtücher bleiben am Boden liegen, etc. Ein Hotel für Ruhesuchende ist es sicher nicht, dafür sind die Anzahl lärmender Jugendlicher viel zu hoch! Für uns eher ein Nein....

Check in was a disaster, the wait for check in and the room was long and the staff was abrupt and not very friendly. Expedia site noted check out was noon but the front deck states that was wrong and check out was 11 am. The room i booked had 4 beds but the room I got only had 3 beds. I was charged and extra 80 dollars at check in but was not explained what it was. Overall very poorly managed but the resort was beautiful. Would not go back or recommend.

Frühstück verläuft chaotisch. Immer war kein Besteck oder keine Tassen da. Um Platzmöglichkeiten muss man sich selbst kümmern. Sollte das Hotel voll ausgelastet sein, wird es noch chaotischer. Schlecht organisiert. Personal war diesen Menschenmassen nicht gewachsen.

Wonderful property with amazing staff and amenities

Dieses Hotel hat definitiv keine 5 Sterne verdient. Der Zustand ist insgesamt veraltet und kaputt. Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Überall Haare, Flecken und Abdrücke zu sehen. Auch nach der Reklamation wurde das Zimmer nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Das Frühstück war von sehr schlechter Qualität und die Auswahl für ein 5 Sterne Hotel auch eher gering. Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen.

Sehr netter Empfang und Personal. Ich habe sogar zu meinem Geburtstag eine Aufmerksamkeit auf dem Zimmer erhalten. Herzlichen Dank dafür. Eines muss ich bemängeln, für Gäste die nur Frühstück gebucht haben, wird keinerlei Service am Pool angeboten. Man muss sich wirklich alles selber holen. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel sehr Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das die Wege für Ältere Personen sehr beschwerlich zu erklimmen sind, wussten wir zum Glück vorher. Ansonsten alles okay.

The location was excellent 10 minutes walk from the town centre Kardeminia. The hotel itself was lovely, very welcoming, the staff we lovely, friendly and accommodating. We stayed a family room with 2 bedrooms it was very spacious, clean and modern. The view from the restaurant was stunning, one of the best views I've seen overlooking the sea and close Greek Islands. The food was ok, dinner a bit better than breakfast due to the limited choice of foods. There are some steep walks to get to the pool or restaurants. We did read some reviews prior to booking, I would agree about it not being 5 star per say, having stayed in a few 5 star hotels on other holidays, but none the less a lovely hotel, maybe a 3.5/4 star. Overall I would recommend this hotel, for the rooms, location staff. We loved our holiday.

Servizi assolutamente non da 5 stelle soprattutto per quello che riguarda la pulizia delle camere, se non chiedi naturalmente , lo scopri il secondo giorno perché non viene comunicato al check iin non puliscono la stanza non cambiando nemmeno gli asciugamani 2 sfilacciati. in. Lo scopri cercando il numero della Reception in un foglio stampato in tedesco inglese e greco. Beh…Ho notato la presenza di molti italiani rispetto alla precedente presenza in questa struttura del 2019. È veramente un peccato perché la posizione è veramente spettacolare. Direi che che è una struttura 5 stelle ma con servizi da 3. Grazie

You should only go to this hotel if you are in excellent health and fitness - very VERY hilly and we were there during a heat wave. While there were some golf carts, they were not always available. Also, the pools are only open from 10 am to 6 pm, so no chance of early or late swimming, and it was 95 degrees. You get a message that towels will only be changed once a week. The front desk rattles off 20 rules when you check in and it seemed like every time we asked for something we were told, "we told you when you checked in, towels once a week" etc. The room was spacious and clean. Food nothing special, although servers were very nice. The beach is rocky but there is a nice beach at the hotel next door. All is all, would not go again.
