スタッフの方々がとてもフレンドリーで、たいへん満足できる滞在でした。バーでは地元のお客様が親しく接してくださりとてもハッピーで楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。

Quiet surrounding. Location is close to highway. Room was big enough. A bit dusty I feel from my allergy, but just a bit. Enough hot water and bath tub. It was nice with refrigerator in summer time. Unfortunately, no elevator. Corridor was a bit long, but max one floor up. For us, it was not so much difficulties. We couldn't take breakfast, because of the less tables that three of us cannot sit. This is the only bad point. Dinner, we ate one night but staff was too busy to serve us. But taste wonderful, I enjoyed it.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating and bar area was nice. However, the room I booked was called the ‘Executive double room’ which came at a premium, and it certainly did not live up to its name, as it was very shabby and in dire need of a refurb. Curtains hanging off the rail, black mould around the tiny shower tray, threadbare towels with holes, paint peeling off the woodwork, etc. Sound proofing was also non-existent, so could hear every tune my neighbour was whistling. I won’t be staying here again!

Food was great, everything you'd ever need at a hotel. The staff are amazing, nothing was too much trouble for any of them.

Comfortable room, noisy door to the bathroom, ideally would have the barhroom light switch in the bathroom so you don’t light up the room at night disturbing anybody in room

The food was very good. Unfortunately access from car park to hotel is poor, and very difficult to carry cases and bags up the stairs as there is no lift.

Food was nice, there was an issue at breakfast due to no chef and it took a while to sort out dietary requirements with no chef. There was only fruit available for gluten free option until they sorted out the chef, otherwise evening meal was fine. Room was pleasant and shower/bath were lovelly. Beds were comfy however the bed side lamps didn't seem to work. WiFi was available across the whole hotel. Easily accessible off the M4 and close to the activity we took part in so very convenient.

Booked twin bedded room. Allocated room 35. Room had recently been refurbished. Excellent. Despite a wedding being held there it was quiet and restful. Self service cooked breakfast in morning was very good and staff were constantly on hand to top up on anything. Good choice of different foods. Would stay again in room 35 and any other refurbished rooms. Cannot judge any other rooms. Staff were helpful, attentive and friendly. Just off the M4 is an excellent location for visiting Bath via Bath's No. 31 bus Lansdown Park and Ride facility.

Needs some updating but clean, good location and friendly staff. Conviently located restaurant/pub part of hotel with a good range of food on offer at competitive prices. Good selection of breakfast items.

This could be a great hotel. The location and affordability make it a good choice. Sadly it's tired and a little grubby. The one member of staff we saw was very friendly and helpful. The room was ok but the bed linen and towels were grubby.

Great location close to motorways for us to explore the Cotswolds and other areas. Nice and quiet and comfortable bed. Food in the restaurant was delicious. The service from staff on the front desk was great. They were extremely helpful.

Staff where friendly and helpful. Needs to update sockets next to the beds for people who need to use their sleep apnea machine through the night. The staff provided an extention lead to solve this problem.

Lovely large rooms with views of the beautiful gardens and countryside.

Convenient for Bath Showground. The menu was limited on a Sunday with a poor roast which was disappointing.
