とても清潔で素敵な場所です。チェックイン時間より少し早く到着しましたが、早めにチェックインさせてもらえました。距離的には、市内中心部から少し離れています。セントラルエアコンは改善の余地があると思います。冬に宿泊したのですが、室温の調整ができず、電源を切ってしまいました。

非常に良い、便利な旅行、非常に良いサービススタッフ、良いケア

観光地の近くにはなかったのですが、ソウルに滞在するには素晴らしいホテルでした。（ベッドルームに自動ビデがあり、それが一番良かったです。）

Comfy and cosy room. If you try to stay like locals area. It’s a great one

At the first night, the door was broken and cannot be opened. We have to go to reception for 3 times for requesting a help. When we successfully went inside, still the door was broken again and we completely locked out of the room for around 1 hour. When we insist to transferred into another room for security reason, they declined and said all rooms have same door problems. Their receptionist was impolite, and not really helpful. Location isn't that great, far from the city center, and you have to walk and cross the street 3 times to go to MRT station. Never going back when we travel again to Seoul.

Many things in the room look old, such as towels and can not control the room temperature. Also it's very dusty inside. Not good for people with allergies.

Good location, speak english well

Great hospitality. I stayed for 5 night, all is good! Really near from airport bus.
