何となく、可でもなく不可でも無く。辺りに感じのいい店があれば良いが。 　ナポリの街、ちょっと汚いなぁ。

場所が港の近くで交通の便が良かったです 朝食がとても美味しかったです

ナポリ中央駅から歩いて15分。石畳とそこら中に落ちているゴミとで、歩きにくいですが、まあ歩ける範囲です。ちょうど新年をナポリで迎えることになったので、部屋から花火が見える部屋を指定して予約しました。ただ、行ってみて分かったのですが、ナポリでは民家の屋上のようなところからでも花火が上がるので、部屋指定しなくても、ある程度の眺望がある部屋ならどのホテルからでも見えるのでは？と思いました。ジャグジーつきのお風呂に広いバルコニー、市内の花火が一望できる素敵な部屋でした。

浴槽に髪の毛があり、げんなりでした。 他はとても綺麗だし、朝食も内容豊富でよかった。フロントの方が少し冷たい。でも、イタリア人だからしょうがないのかも。

超立派でした！スタッフもしっかり丁寧。日本人にぴったりのホテル！

入口付近のクローゼットに入っていたタオルにすごくカビが生えていた。

朝食は、ごく普通のバイキングです。

ナポリ駅から徒歩圏内というアクセスの良さで選びました。 フロントの方の対応が丁寧でストレスがなかったです。 朝食も美味しくいただけました。

The ferry we rode on from Palermo arrived at Naples early in the morning and about five minutes' walk bought us to the hotel. We were very pleased that the hotel staff kindly kept our baggage and carried them to our rooms till we checked in after we returned from Pompeii.

Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig. Die Nacht war wegen der gut isolierten Fenster sehr angenehm ruhig und die Klimaanlage hat sehr gute Dienste geleistet. Das Frühstück war etwas langweilig, aber ausreichend. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Möglichkeit, Kaffeespezialitäten bei der Bar zu bekommen. Viel leckerer, als aus dem Automaten beim Buffet.

Checking in was seamless and quick. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Our room was quaint and modern but the view was overlooking the alley. Excellent shower and very hot. Breakfast was plentiful. Dinner menu is limited but delicious.

We had a great experience at Palazzo Salgar from start to finish! I, unfortunately, left something in my room and the front desk staff have been very helpful in getting it returned to me. I would highly recommend this hotel!

It was close to most things but this area was rather poor and a lot of homeless near by. It was definitely one of the nicer buildings. The hotel breakfast was really good our room was ok it wasn’t as nice as I had expected. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. There way black mold in the shower.

Hotel et personnel très bien, petit déj aussi. Pratique pour visiter Naples et ses environs MAIS l'environnement immédiat de l'hôtel est très moyen... Pas de restaurants corrects à proximité et les rues environnantes sont particulièrement sales et dégradées.

Buenas habitaciones aunque la ducha algo justa. Buen buffet de desayuno, sobretodo en dulce, y la situación es inmejorable.

Not in a great part of town. Had to walk through some homeless camps to get to our restaurant but they do control who comes in and out of the hotel. Room felt a bit old and run down. My mattress pad had some gross spots that could be a sign of bed bugs before.

The room and property are clean. The shower head cover was falling off and the shower door leaked under the seal at the bottom. The staff did a nice job cleaning but took the bars of soap out one day and forgot to replace. The buffet breakfast was very good. The pastries and food was all fresh and good quality. The desk staff was friendly. The Duomo metro was only a few blocks away. Lots of restaurants in the area of the metro station. Grocery store only a few blocks away.

The location of the hotel is quite scruffy but the hotel itself is good. The reception staff were particularly helpful

Stanza in condizioni ottime anche se avrebbe richiesto una maggiore attenzione nella manutenzione dei particolari. Personale molto gentile e disponibile
