Beautiful location, easy parking, excellent restaurant and bar. All staff were pleasant and very helpful. 10/10

We Stayed in Room 9 (ground floor), very noisy room, lots of noise above and to the side of the room, terrible nights sleep. Bed was hard, the bathroom and hotel in general looked like it was still back in the 80’s. My advice, stay elsewhere!

Very comfortable and enjoyable weekend, staff knew their role and responsibilities and worked as a team to make our stay perfect

Comfortable hotel on Egypt Esplanade - fantastic for sunrise and sunset views. Polite and attentive staff. Good continental and cooked breakfasts.

The manager fixed things and made sure our larger group had the right rooms - worked to overcome any issues

Short staffed. Manager and reception kindly upgraded us to avoid room change. We enjoyed our stay

The staff were all absolutely lovely but the hotel is really run down inside and very dated. On one of my nights the fire alarm kept going off multiple times, at one point waking everyone up at 0100. No offer of discount for the interrupted sleep was given. Outside was lovely, its in a great spot but the whole hotel really needs updating.

Nice location on the coast walk and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The property is a bit shabby. The shower fixture was difficult to use as the temperature control knob was extremely stiff. And the carpet in the rooms felt dirty.

Unsatisfactory and disappointing service in hotel restaurant. Particularly for breakfast. Inefficiency of serving staff and slowness of kitchen. Nevertheless food was of satisfactory quality.

We loved our stay in Cowes. The hotel Staff were helpful, friendly, and very accommodating. Most of the other guests had been visiting for a number of years. And the view could Not have been better. Thanks for a great time. Would highly recommend.

We stayed for a couple of nights and found the staff to be very friendly and happy to help. The room was comfortable and spacious. Difficult to fault it, so I won’t.

Visited for the “Walk the Wight” charity event.
