This always is superb, quite and relaxing place. We already set an appointment for the usage of the pool on the frontdesk, but not able to use it because it was closed.

Very poor rooms are so dirty exshaust in the bathroom was not working. No wifi at first need to keep asking the frontdesk to send wifi. No laundry bag in the room. Rooms are so small bed, so small. Food in the breakfast was terrible. I will not recommend this hotel.

My Hotel Monticello experience was great. I wish I could stay longer but time didn't permit. They have accommodating staff and the room was perfect to have a better relaxation. Breakfast was good but they can add more options to make it better. I will definitely comeback soon.

The hotel is very cozy. I really enjoyed our stay. For the food it's delicious but I would love if they will add many varieties for their food. The hotel is also very convenient since it's very near in tourist spots in tagaytay.

Breakfast can be improved. Staff did not come back when he told us that he will call maintenance about the cable issue, only to find out there's a cable outage. Front desk phone busy from 3am until 7am?

Staff are great and accommodating. General hotel facility also well maintained. The only issue we have is the sound of water flushing which is very irritating and will keep you awake at night. I also read about this feedback/review before. Hotel management should do something about it. We stayed at Penthouse, Firenze room.
