La gente del hotel fue muy amable. Fueron por nosotros a la estación del tren y nos ayudaron con las backpacks. Llegamos bastante tarde pasadas las 9 pm y eso nos facilitó la localización del hotel. Nos ayudaron guardando nuestras backpacks cuando íbamos a Machu Picchu. A mi mamá se le olvidó su jacket en el cuarto y ellos se la guardaron con el resto de nuestras cosas. Muy buen lugar para pasar una a dos noches antes de visitar Machu Picchu.

Localização boa, perto de tudo. Cidade é pequena. Chão do quarto estava sujo, não havia água quente, somente depois de muito tempo ligaram o aquecedor. Funcionário bate na porta e abre pra perguntar se precisa de papel higiênico. E a nossa privacidade? Optamos por pagamento no estabelecimento. Não aceitavam cartão de crédito, pois estavam com problemas com o banco onde possuem conta corrente. É a primeira vez que tive que pagar em cash. Verifiquei e estão com problemas com o banco desde 2016. Cafe da manhã ruim. Não recomendo esse estabelecimento. F U J A M !!!!!

It was always loud and you could hear other guests at all hours. No hot water, pillows were terrible. A hostel would have been better value. But the staff were lovely

Equipe muito atenciosa e muito bem localizado, muito perto dos restaurantes, estação de trem e lojas.

There was no stay. You had booked us into a hotel that not only did not receive a confirmation from you but had no rooms. Surprising that you confirmed it to me. So we had to go out on foot in the dark to find a hotel ourselves. You have totally let me down again, yes, not the first time. Guess what, you’re not what you think you are. I’m not only disappointed but discouraged and wonder would I trust you again?

LOCATION IS GOOD, NOT SO CLEAN SOME SMELL STAINS ON THE BED SHEETS

Good stay

The hotel manager/owner was fantastic. He knew when we were going to Machu Picchu and made sure we had our passports, bus tickets, and Machu Picchu tickets. When there was trouble getting out of Aguas Calientes, he was working with his contacts to give is updates. Im not sure we would have been able to leave without his assistance. He was helpful in every way during our stay.

The hotel is in a great location (but I think all hotels in Aguacalientes are). We were in Room 305, the wifi was very poor, so bad you could not upload any pictures if you wanted to. The hot water is shut off during the day, if you wanted hot water had to ask them o turn it on than wait 5-10 mins, our room ran out of toilet paper, the free breakfast was sparse and unlike all the other hotels we stayed at ther was no tea and coca leaves available 24 hrs per day. There were not many people staying at the hotel, so you would think that the service would’ve been better.

Un hôtel familial bien situé pour visiter le Macchu Pichu. Service de bagagerie. Proposition de petit-déjeuner agréable.

The property needs some TLC in the rooms. Good staff, breakfast, location.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to everything and all necessities walkable. Ask for a room away from the front of the build if you want to get to sleep before 12:00 am.

Hotel has no elevator, heat or air conditioning. Around the corner from a soccer field and very noisy until very late at night. Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. Hot water? Not happening....

Super accueil .. et proche de tout. 5/10 mn des bus pour Macchu Picchu ..ne partez pas trop tôt , les horaires des bus sont respectés . 30 mn avant votre tour suffit ..les files (7:00,8:00,9:00..)sont impressionnantes mais super gérées ..pas possible de partir avant votre heure entrée macchu

Ofrecen servicio de recogida en la estación de tren, pero no se presentaron. Por la mañana ducha con agua fria.

The hotel staff was the best I have ever seen. They go out of their way to assist and to help. They provide all necessary information. Even though I was downstairs past the breakfast hours, they still accommodated me and made sure I had something to eat. They are very friendly and hospitable. While the hotel is only 3 stars, the staff is far better than any 5 star hotel in which I have ever stayed. Thank you Intiwatana El Tambo!!
