他の人の評価の通り景色は良かったです オールインクルージブの食事は値段相応という感じでしょうか 食事が午後2時からしか採れないのが残念です　5つのホテル全ての施設が利用出来ますが、午前中殆どの施設が閉まっています

Habitación y servicio impecable Buffet con poca variedad deberían añadir más mariscos, los postres a excepción del flan y el arroz con leche, estaban muy malos La alberca de Océano Palace se ve descuidada El agua de la alberca de Pacif estaba muy fria

Excelente hotel

The hotel is older but spotless! The staff were welcoming. Our room was facing the ocean. The room was large and had a full size fridge. The beds were firm but very comfortable. We booked the room with breakfast which was very convenient. This is not a five star resort but we were extremely happy with the hotel. It was nice to see Mexican people enjoying the hotel and ocean!

Clean, great staff but glad didn’t get all inclusive because the food was always the same except for a couple items were changed.

Espectacular el hotel, la habitacion impecable el trato de lo mejor.

It was good. Tv went out. Didn't get it back on. There were no blankets on the bed just a sheet.

Everyone was so Nice and Friendly , felt safe very clean

I mentioned that the exit from the small pool was not safe, exposed rocks and garbage accumulating . I suggested mor sand and better overal cleanliness around the beach chairs. I am Canadian and we do not leave stuff lying around, we do not butt cigarettes in the sand

The company is a group of 3 hotels, one besides the other one, the booking was for made for the tower as it says in the name of the property, and the accommodation was in the cheapest complex of the group, it was supposed to have fridge on the room and barely had soap in the washroom.

Reserve una jr suite con vista al mar y la señorita de recepción a fuerza me quería asignar una con vista a la ciudad, le mostré mi recibo del pago donde especificaba el tipo de habitación por la cual pague y me dijo que estaba mal mi reserva, me tuvo bastante tiempo en recepción sin darme solución hasta que se acercó la gerente y me dio una habitación con vista parcial que ni siquiera era jr suite diciéndome que tenía otra sucia pero que la mucama no la iba a querer limpiar, por lo que decidí ya irme a la habitación que me dieron ya que mi estancia era corta y no iba a perder mi tiempo con el personal de la recepción del hotel

Limpio y muy seguro
