旧市街の観光にとても便利で、綺麗な景色が見れる施設でした。オーナーのご夫婦も親切でした。

位置超级好！就是早上的时候外面有一点点吵。

中も石造りの風情のある部屋でした。

旧市街地のメインストリートに面した所にあり、立地が抜群に良かった。そのため、外の騒がしさが室内にも聞こえてきたが、気にならないレベルだった。部屋はモダンテイストで綺麗であり、設備もアメニティも非常に充実していて、快適そのものだった。ただ、部屋は3～4階（2～3F）にあり、リフトが無いため、重い荷物を抱えて階段を上らなければならないが、総合点で極めて満足度が高かった。

ドゥブロヴニクの旧市街にはいってすぐにある立地の良いホテルです。観光に疲れたらすぐに戻って休憩できるし、ふらりと夜などご飯を食べに出かけられるし便利です。とても綺麗でした。ただ旧市街に入るのに車では入れず、大きなトランクを持って階段等を歩かなくてはいけないので大きな荷物を持った人には少し辛いかも。あと夜遅くまで周りのレストラン等の音楽が本当にうるさいです…

オールドタウンの中にあり、立地条件が最高であることに加え、部屋の広さも十分。また、部屋も新しい。オールドタウンの住人になった気分で過ごすことができる。

全てがパーフェクトなステイ！必要なものは全てあります。アメニティはシャンプーのみでしたが、これが頭皮マッサージ効果もあるもので良かったです。ボディソープやヘアコンディショナ、歯磨き等はないので必要な人は要持参。（あとm洗濯石鹸や柔軟剤だけは無しw）。オーナーもとてもフレンドリーで親切。アパートメントの出入口はメイン通りからすぐ。歩きまわって疲れてたらチョイチョイ部屋に戻ってこれるので凄く便利でした。 唯一のマイナスポイントは部屋が3階だったので、階段がかなり多くw体力が必要でした。 They have everything we need; it was perfect. About amenities, there is only hair shampoo; but, actually it is the best the shampoo that it cares our scalp. Mrs. Aida, she was really friendly and kind. The entrance of this apartment is right there of the main street and it is really convinient. One minus point is that there is no laundry detergent; but, it is not matter :)

古い建屋を改装した様ですが内部は現代的で非常に快適です。エレベーターありませんがオーナーが手伝ってくれました。 床掃除が行き届いていない印象でした。 (ハウスダストで鼻水が初日は止まらなかったです。。)

Perfekt lokation. Charmerende bygning og godt udnyttet lejlighed. Ekstra bonus med mulighed for airport pick-up og ferry drop-off. Et par små obs punkter der gør at vi ‘kun’ har givet 4 store stjerner: Soveværelsesseng knirkede rigtig meget og der er intet pynt på væggen eller andet hygge. Og så er der en del lyd/larm fra gaden hvis man bruger slå-ud sengen i stuen, selv når vinduer er lukket. Men dejligt sted og vi ville absolut komme retur en anden gang.

Main street에 위치하고 있는, 평지에 위치하고 있는 숙소라 접근이 매우 편리합니다. 숙소 상태도 아주 훌륭합니다. 와이파이 상태는 다른 숙소들과 마찬가지로 열악합니다.

Amazing location. Definitely where you want to stay to get a true feeling of the old town. Truly a special place. Great to have a washing machine. Will stay here again next time.

Would recommend the apartment as location was perfect for Old Town, great gelato shop below too.

Central and convenient location. Plenty of dining options available. A selection of teas and coffee provided. A few maintenance items, cupboard doors coming off hinges. Shower needs resealing. TV didn’t work due to need for a code. Coffee machine was a bit dodgy, but stovetop coffee was provided. No pillow cases provided for spare folding bed. Had a great time in Dubrovnik.

Everything was perfect! We had a great stay and highly recommend. Communication was excellent, and Marko went above and beyond helping us with our luggage and transportation from Dubrovnik to Sarajevo. We really appreciated the hospitality and great communication. Thank you!

We loved our stay here! First of all, the location can't be beat for immediate access to Old Town's main thoroughfare (Stradun) and main gate (Pile Gate) - literally, it's as close as it could be. And the flat itself is a gem with modern flare and amenities set in old world stone and wood - it's beautiful. The only points of concern for some might be the flight of (beautiful) stairs to get to the 3rd floor (or "2" in euro parlance) and the potential for noise (from the Stradun) that can be heard in the front room. The bedroom is much quieter and the noise can be reduced by closing all of the interior wooden window panels. We had good communication with the host who was very accommodating with our request for early check in. Overall, a top experience!

The location of this apartment is perfect. No need to carry bags up stairs until you are within the building. Walk down the ramp from the pile gate into the main street and its less than 100m from there. Close to everything you could ask for. Only downfall is that the windows are not soundproof so we had a few issues around 3am from people making alot of noise in the street. No fault to the owners but just letting people know who sleep lightly may have issues. Still highly recommend people to stay here if youre ever looking to visit Dubrovnik Old Town
