On sent que l’hôtel vieilli mais que les installations se dégradent (tapis de chambre sale, robinet de travers, porte de douche brisée, absence de lumière, rideau de fenêtre de la salle de bain défectueux…)

Tout était bien sauf les oreillers qui sont très vieux et pas confortables

Le plancher de la salle de bain était salle,il manquait une lumière dans la salle de bain,le robinet était branlant,et pour finir il y avait un cerne autour du bain. De plus il est très difficile de rejoindre la réception au téléphone attente de 30 minutes minimum.

The hotel is in serious need of upgrades. The tile carpeting is dingy and stained. The Balcony is dirty, rusty, complete with someone’s cigarette ashes, which would blow in with screen door open. One chair on balcony is a cheap folding chair. The sheets are too narrow to tuck in on either side of the king bed. The pillows are weird. They weigh a lot, as if they have been washed too many times and stuffing all clotted together. The fridge was not turned on upon arrival. The lighting in the room is inadequate. The front desk staff(Ali and Anis) are great but they cannot help with all the facilty problems. The owner needs to put some money into this place before we would stay here again.

Breakfast was all precooked an̈d reheated, sausage, bacon and eggs. Towells were never reple tished
