アイルランド一周のドライブ旅行中に一泊した。帰国前宿泊地のダブリン中心部では、適切な価格で洗濯機付きのアパートメントが見つけられなかったため、郊外のここに決めた。結果、大正解。広くて止めやすい無料駐車場付き。確かに周辺は住宅街で、おしゃれなカフェやレストラン街は見当たらなかったけれど、すぐ近くのスーパーで夕食の材料を調達できたので、安くて満足できる夕食を作ることが出来た。そして夕食やお風呂を済ませる間に、2人分全部の洗濯が出来た。洗濯機と衣類乾燥機が分かれていて、同時進行できるのでとても早く済んだ。台所や水回りの設備も新しく清潔で、安心して使用できた。皿・鍋・カトラリーだけでなくオイル・キッチンペーパー・ラップ・コーヒー・紅茶など、けっこう細かいものも用意してくれている気遣いがうれしかった。もちろんチェックイン時にもとても親切にスタッフが対応してくれて、細かい質問にも丁寧に答えてくれた。WiFiはパスワードのあるタイプで、高速だったので快適に利用できた。私たちは翌日レンタカーでダブリン中心部に向かったが、もし公共施設でダブリン中心部まで観光しようと思ったら、バスや郊外電車の駅も徒歩圏内らしい。ダブリン中心部で良い宿が見つからなければ十分検討に値するアパートメントだと思う。

We had a great stay at Broc House. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything we needed was provided, and the space felt welcoming from the moment we arrived.

We had a good stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the shower was very comfortable. Unfortunately the pans in the kitchen were very damaged, so we opted not to use them. A shame since we booked an apartment to be able to cook. We only stayed one night so it wasn’t a very big issue.

We had a wonderful stay at this self-catering apartment! The unit was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. Having a washer and laundry facilities right in the apartment was such a huge convenience during our trip. While there weren’t food options on-site, the location was perfect — only about four blocks from Tesco, making it easy to grab groceries and cook meals whenever we wanted. The area was quiet, cozy, and very convenient for exploring. We would absolutely stay here again!

Super modern and clean 1 bedroom apartment in a quiet but convenient location. About 6 minutes walk to convenient bus stops either east or west on Nutley Lane. Lots of bus frequency; about 15 minutes ride to Temple Bar area. Similar short walk to AirCoach stops to get back and forth from the airport.

I loved my stay. Although in the suburbs the buses run frequently from the end of the road so you're into the city centre in no time. My accommodation was perfect. Roomy, clean, all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. A small supermarket was 5 minutes away at the end of the road along with a few other shops including pharmacy. Location- great if you want to be close but not in the city centre. Staff- very friendly and helpful. Suite- clean and well equipped. Wifi was reliable. All in all I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend.

It would have been good if in the Advert it explained that there is a large deposit that has to be paid upfront, more than the cost of 1 night. The apartment I stayed in was dated. The door trims were coming off, the wardrobe doors were off the runners (sliderobes) and the TV didn't produce any sound. It could use an update.

Amazing place to stay just outside Dublin’s city center. Rooms are clean and comfortable, easy to access and include everything you’ll need for an extended stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful with repairing the tv when it wasn’t functioning. 10/10 would stay again.

Location close to transport and supermarket!

It was a great location, although it’s outside the main stream Dublin it is so easy to get around via bus or train. The apartment was nice and spacious and it was great to have a full size oven with four burner hob. The kitchen/dining/living room combo was great. Having the washer & dryer in suite was great. The bed was quite firm which worked for me but challenged my husband, but that’s all a personal preference. The welcome starter items were fantastic. Coffee, tea, milkers, sugar, laundry pods, foil, paper towel, dish soap, olive oil and I know there’s more I’ve missed.

Parking onsite was great. Lift was broken, which was unfortunate, but helped get our steps in. Location is pretty far from city center, need to taxi in. Penthouse beds were not King size as stated on website (unless the US has their own version of King size beds, they were probably a Queen). Well supplied and good value for cost.

Very good space. It turned out very handy for me, as I was on a business trip and had to comute to Dun Laoghaire. The apartment was very clean, organised and equipped with cutlery, cookware, etc.

Clean apartment with plenty of space. Bed comfortable and good quality and clean linen. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom looked like freshly renovated. Very handy to have free private car parking right outside the door!

Excellent accommodation spotlessly clean and with everything we needed. Really handy for access into town. I’ll stay here again

Sadly I would have liked to give this an excellent rating but after having no hot shower at the property for 3 days I can’t. I would stay again but the shower situation was ridiculous .
