スタッフの対応が良かったです。また歴史ある建物が活かされていてUKらしさを感じました。

山小屋風のたたずまいなのに 室内は風呂、トイレ共に最新式でした 枕元に電源があれはあれでよりよかったです

少し中心から離れていますが、600年前の建物のリノベーションのホテルでよかったです。欲を言えば、シャワーの水圧がもう少し高ければ言うことなかったかな。下にパブがあるので、飲んだ後にすぐに部屋に帰れるのも幸せでした。 あ、日本人のスタッフもたまたまいました。

スタッフが優しい買った

イギリスのホテルは、他のホテルに比べると値段が高いとしみじみ思った。ロンドンほどではないが、エアコンなどがないし、シャワーだけなのに、約80ポンド（朝食抜き）は高すぎる。水場がやや臭った。デスクスタンドが欲しい。ネットもマックとは相性が悪いのか、なかなか接続できなかった。隣の部屋の音が筒抜けです。

A very old property but well maintained a little too far ouut of town but parking was perfect and breakfast perfect as out of season mid week hotel not full so no early bar etc.

It’s pretty run down looking, bed and pillows not very comfortable. The breakfast staff were not attentive in the slightest, one morning we came down at 9:15, no one around no cups, glasses or utensils to be seen. Had to ask front desk staff for help. service was not up to hotel standard. The ladies on the front desk were friendly with a smile. Location is pretty good. Shower leaked water all over bathroom floor which had to be mopped up with the towels each morning. I probably would not recommend to my friends unless they were just looking for a bed and shower for the night.

Really interesting building if you're into history but they need to re-open the restaurant for lunch and evening meals and the bar needs extended hours for residents. The breakfast was well cooked and of a decent size. The room was adequately clean and of a good size. It's easy to find and good amount of parking.

Housekeeping are amazing. the room was very wonderful and clean and staff very helpful. had some issues with wifi the first two nights but staff did their best to resolve this and then everything was fine. quiet area but very good location. enjoyed the tea and coffee provided. Thank you very much! would love to return one day if i was in the area. also very interested history!

Our room was clean and comfortable with all we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had variety of options. Well located, 15 min walk up to castle area.

Lovely hotel but no evening food was served / available so we had to go out after a long journey. Could not fault the staff and our room, nor our breakfast the next morning.

Convenient for nature persuits st Fingrinhoe and Aberton resevoir

Arrived and went to pay for stay but won’t accept cash?? . Not advertised or expected only took cash luckily wife had card. Spoilt whole stay was going to eat and drink in bar , one of reasons for booking this hotel. We found elsewhere but might as well of stayed elsewhere

Not the cleanest but maybe due to being a really old building, staff friendly, disappointed to find out they don’t do food, only breakfast. Noisy from pipes making the cupboard creak early morning.

Lovely old property, does show some signs of wear and tear which is understandable. Good car parking facilities. There was no food available when we stayed,(except breakfast which was good) but there are many good restaurants in the area. A pleasant stay.
