ロケーションが良い、親切でとても感じの良いスタッフ、美味しい朝食、築600年の建物を改装し、綺麗で使い勝手の良いシャワーブースが完備されている。シャワーの温度が低いのが気になった。毎回思うのは、タオルが黒ずんでいて清潔感を感じられないのが残念である。それ以外は、お部屋の清掃など綺麗に整えられていて何も問題はない。

駐車場が無料となっていましたが、特に駐車場はなく、近くに路上駐車するように言われました。ホテルの周りは既にいっぱいで、50メートルほど離れたところに停めました。 部屋は広く清潔で、快適でした。

Interesting property with loads of character.

Lovely inn. Located in a convenient place near English Bridge. Breakfast was delicious. The bar and wine bar were very convenient. We stayed during a heatwave. The rooms were quite warm. There are many steps to get to the rooms.

Good breakfast and choice. Room very clean and comfortable. Staff lovely. Hotel a rabbit Warren of rooms and corridors. But that makes it very interesting. The bar and restaurant had a great buzzy vibe.

Excellent breakfast, some training required junior staff. Downstairs excellent service. Room very comfortable but the windows need urgent attention. Filthy between the wood frame and the glazed glass. Noise level from road very bad. We have stayed 3 other times and will stay again but always in winter months when window can remain closed. Council need to slow down traffic going past with road bumps and definitely needs speed cameras. Despite all that a besutiful hotel and clearly popular and food lunch and breakfast excellent. Beds incredibly comfie.
