プールやジムなどの設備もあり、部屋も広め。チェックアウトが早朝だったため、頼んだらサウンドウィッチなどもたせてくれた。排水に難があり、水回りの音が気になるし、ミニバーがなかったりしたけれどスタッフは親切でした。市内断水のときは、ちゃんとバスタブに水をはっておいてくれた。シティセンターには歩くと時間はかかる立地。

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms and common areas were very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would gladly visit again!

A nice hotel that suited my needs completely. Great breakfast every morning, quiet and comfortable.

Hotel abbastanza datato, a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro città. La camera ha mobili di almeno 25/30 anni, letto non proprio comodo. A me è capitato che in piena notte, ore 1 circa, arriva un gruppo di circa 20 ragazzi (età media 25 anni) che comincia a urlare e fare un baccano che mi fa sobbalzare. Faccio presente la cosa alla reception che mi dice "ok ci pensiamo noi2, ma non accade niente, esco fuori la camera e mi lamento... dura poco; richiamo la reception e non accade nulla. Nel frattempo sono le 2 del mattino... Non ho chiamato la polizia perchè non avevo il numero. Alla fine sono riuscito ad addormentari verso le 3 ... sveglia alle 6.30: INCUBO! Capisco che possa capitare, ma che nessuno faccia niente è davvero inaccettabile! Colazione scarsa.

Staffs were very kind. Overall everytjing was good. I wish that there were more amenities such as slippers, more toilet paper, bathrobes.

The hotel suppose to be a 4 stars, but it is far away from that. To start with, the hot water was not always available, so every time going to the shower it was a surprise for what you will get. When asked about it at the reception, I was told that they don't have hot water??? Second of all, the sink was leaking and the drainage of the bath tub was not working well, so after the shower you end up with ankle high water. The pool of the hotel was not working, but funny enough, all the reception was smelling like chloride really strong. The hotel should be renovated because the condition of the room was slightly disappointing, including the terrible bathroom and non existing sound isolation from the corridor and neighbours. The only thing working properly was an AC.
