I want to express my good experience staying in this hotel. I was on holiday with 2 children, incredibly beautiful nature, fresh air, a magnificent view of the golf fields. My children really liked that hotel included 2 swimming pools: outdoors and warmed- water indoor. There is also a children ' s playroom. The breakfast is great, a lot of choice. Lunch and Dinner in the ala carte restaurant was also at a high level. The hotel staff is very attentive and good-mannered. The guys at the reception, the restaurant and bar workers, the pool staff-you are very cool and we want to say a big thank you from our family. You made our stay at the hotel unforgettable. This was a nice resort. When I first booked I regretted it because looking deeper into Google reviews, I realized it was a golf resort. However, the view was very nice, especially the small lake. The service was exceptional, and the food was good. Room service was also very good. The shuttle bus has very clear run times between the city center and the resort. You can also ask the driver to drop you off and pick you up on the way at Tuyen Lam lake instead; Where you can spend the day on the main lake, on a boat, kayaking or SUP-ing. Some cons: the mattresses in my room were worn and old, and should be replaced. The connecting door made it easy to hear the next room over, and sound carried over too much. However, I knew I booked the last remaining room in the hotel.
