The owner call me the following day after i checked out at 08:00, asking for payment of chips and biscuits from refrigerator, which I have paid!!!! IDR50,000 only and once i said i paid, she confirmed that she has not even check with her, claiming that staff gone for holiday. Manner! That is not professional.

The villa was very clean but the location is not near to the beach so we can rent a bike to walking around gili air.

We really loved the villa. It's spacious and clean. The location is not too close to the beach, making it very peaceful and private, and Gili Air is not that big, we can walk or rent a bike. Mas Hadi from the reception was very helpful in arranging our snorkeling trip with special request, and he even helped us with the luggage after check out. The breakfast was cooked in the kitchen in our villa by request every morning. Not my favorite, but it was quite ok.

Hotel dalam kondisi yang sempurna. Bagus. Pelayanan dan kebersihan juga bagus. Sayangnya kualitas bangunan yang dalam waktu dekat memerlukan perawatan. Kasihan pengelola hotel yang sebentar lagi harus mengeluarkan biaya tambahan untuk perawatan hotel, terutama untuk pintu. Jangan khawatir, kondisi pintu ini tidak mempengaruhi kenyamanan kita sebagai customer/client.
