昔は結婚式場だった様子。Websiteの写真は非常に綺麗だが、実際の設備はかなり古い。しかしシャワーの水圧は十分でエアコンあり。 スタッフは皆親切であり、設備の古さを気にしなければコストパフォーマンスはそれなりに良いといえる。

コスパがよいと思います。 すぐ近くにコストコがあり便利な立地です。シャワーのお湯が途中で出なくなるのが残念でした。

It was a quiet room with great air-conditioning. The hotel had loads of parking. Everyone went up and above to help you .

Though the location is less convenient than the hotels in town center of Croydon, the connection with Bus is also fine with 5 to 10 mins walk. The Colonnades offer good choice of catering from fast food Macdonald to grilled chicken Nando. Breakfast is good with basic variety of eggs, beans, hashbrowns, sausages, fruit and flakes considering the relatively low room price.

I couldn’t stay for breakfast; I am sorry about this. I found an extremely professional and helpful team; room was spotless and front of house staff all very helpful and respectful. I was extremely comfortable in my room. Staff were very extremely accommodating about care of my bike and I particularly appreciate that. Thank you.

Hotellkorridorerna stank av röklukt. Fastigheten har säkert varit bra men dagens skick visar minimalt med underhåll särskilt gäller renlighet. Frukost var ingen höjdare, men inte mycket sämre än många andra hotell i UK. Personalen är däremot bra!

Not the best place to stay to be honest for me. Anyway there was a party on the day I arrived, the music was seriously loud,constantly deep thumping noise for about 6hrs. All wanted was to rest after a long journey, unable to relax because of it. Yes I know they advertise doing functions etc,but that was bad. Anyway, let's get to breakfast, or should I say the lack of it. I was basically in&out in under a minute because there was literally nothing there,few bits of bread for toast,couple eggs,beans ,&few hash browns. Very uninspiring. I didn't even bother,nor the next day either.,had breakfast in a cafe down the road &it was excellent.

The whole team was there ready to receive us at the hotel reception and whichever request we had they were ready to help! The breakfast each morning was lovely and the venue itself was wonderful! Very beautiful 🥰 definitely visiting again ✨

The room window broken aircon broken door lock broken shaver socket hanging off wall live wires sink smashed and poor repairs shower mouldy fridge not cold mattress stings coming thru . Breakfast hot dog sausages toast cold eggs overdone basic pastries but great juice. Full of builders. Lift and corridors smell badly of smoking with cheap air fresheners to try and cover NEVER EVER STAY HERE IF YOU SWW GOOD REVIEWS BEWARE OF THIER ORIGIN THE WORST HOTEL EVER AND WE COVER THE UK FOR WORK !!

Breakfast was very good all freshly cooked,it was basic but everything you needed was there

What I like:easy check in,free parking,coffee/tea facilities, What I don’t like: electrical issue,basic breakfast.

The shower water takes to long to drain so you step in the water while you shower
