駅のすぐ前でとても便利です。室内は統一感のある温もりのある木製の家具でこれも素敵でした。 スタッフの方の対応もとても良かったです。

鉄道駅に面しており、大聖堂までは徒歩１０分以内。部屋は狭めだが、清潔感はある。ただ道路に面した部屋だったので音が気になったのと、冷蔵庫や湯沸かしポットがないのにはちょっと不便を感じたが、まあ、値段相当だったと思う。

改札口を出ると目の前にホテルがあるので迷わず行ける。チェックイン時間前でも荷物を預かってくれるので、そのまま観光に出かけることが出来る。スタッフの方々も親切で感じが良い。夕方観光から戻った際、部屋の準備が出来ているか確認するとスーツケースを持って行ってくれのでわからなかったが、エレベーターが無かった。荷物が重くなかったので問題はなかったが、わかっていたら宿泊しなかったと思う。

This hotel is in front of the station,and a short distance from here to the cathedral. Breakfast menu is simple and good ,but I want a warm egg dish. There is no garbage can except the bathroom. There is no kettle pot in the room, but I ask the front desk he can receive hot water. Everyone at the front desk always responds with a smile.

駅から近く観光にはよい 部屋が寒かった スーツケースが出てこなかったので 洋服もなくヒーターが調節出来ずとても寒かった

ホテルは駅前で大変便利だった。また、部屋も広くてかわいい雰囲気で良かった。ただ、なぜかシャワーのとこに電気がなくて真っ暗で困った。

This was a great hotel. Cute boutique style. Breakfast was excellent—you should get this one. Staff v friendly. You should pre book parking which we did. A little offsite but 3-5 min walk. Rooms were cute and we enjoyed our time there.

Staff are very welcoming and so helpful. The design of the en-suite is terrible. I do not need to poo a foot away from my wife’s sleeping head.

The hotel was in a good location and provides good value for the price. I would have appreciated a coffee maker in the room - and a more private door on the washroom. The hotel does not have an elevator, which may make a difference to some guests.

Accueil très froid de la part des réceptionniste. Impossible de se garer pour décharger les bagages. Très mauvaise expérience

Amazing value for a very comfortable and convenient Chartres stay. Super clean. Perfect location directly across from the train station and a very short walk to the cathedral and village.

Excellent accueil et petit déjeuner plus que parfait. Qui plus est est idéalement situé en centre ville en face de la Gare et à 5 minutes à pied de la cathédrale

Hôtel très agréable et très bien situé. Accueil et service exceptionnels... La personne qui m'a reçu était formidable et très serviable. Digne d'un grand Hôtel... Merci pour cet accueil.

Chambre rénovée très confortable mais très différente des photos qui avaient motivé mon choix. Déception donc. Pas de parking pourtant présent ans le descriptif. Des détails à corriger: escalier d'accès sinistre, tablette ou panier absent pour poser les matériels dans la salle de bain et la douche. Bon petit déjeuner. Localisation excellente pour visiter le centre ville et la cathédrale.

Petit déjeuner un peu chaotique, pas d’indications sur comment procéder, buffet dégarni, pas de café… une fois tout cela surmonté et/ou corrigé, tout se passa bien. Aliments très goûteux. Merci pour les aliment sans gluten ! Un plus .

Hôtel propre, confortable, déco soignée, super petit déjeuner (sans ascenseur donc mentionner vos préférences à la réservation si monter est une gêne). Des lors qu'on ne peut quasiment pas se stationner dehors il faut impérativement réserver une place de parking sinon il faudra aller dans les parkings payants autour.
