寝泊まりする分には申し分なく、快適に過ごせました。

The room was spacious and relatively quiet. but,there was only 1 electric outlet and np shampoo in the shower room. The staff was very helphul.

キッチン＆ダイニングルームの照明がもう少し明るいと良い。 帰りのタクシー予約の仕方を聞いたら、予約を取ってくれた。

部屋が広い。 サーバーも近く、電子レンジがあるので、ちょっとしたご飯には困らず快適でした。部屋にwifiがあれば尚のことよかったなぁ。

ホリディということもあり、スタッフがおらず金庫を利用して鍵を受け取りました。 部屋は充分な広さがありました。 冷蔵庫と電子レンジ、流しがあり便利でした。 セルフランドリーもあり、長期滞在向けです。 アメニティは石鹸のみです。 シャワーにガラス扉がありますが下から水が漏れてトイレがビシャビシャになりました。 一階のせいかキッチンにマフィンを出したままにしていたら翌日、アリにたべられていました。 市内中心部から徒歩圏でコンビニも近いので便利な場所でした。 ハウスキーピングは無いようなので気にならない方にはオススメです。

今どきWi-Fi のないホテルは少ない。受付エリアのみ使用可。

中心街に近く買い物や食事にも便利な立地でした。

立地がよくお値段もお手頃でよかったのぇすが、部屋にコンロがなかったのが少し不便でした。フライトの関係で朝の8時に到着してしまったけどチェックインささてくれました。

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in Cairns and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Cairns, yet still peaceful and quiet. Everything you need is within easy walking distance: the beach, restaurants, cafés, and shops are all just about 200 metres away, which made getting around effortless, especially as a family. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. From the rooms to the common areas, everything felt fresh, comfortable, and thoughtfully cared for. We also felt very safe throughout our stay, which is incredibly important when travelling with family. What really sets this place apart, though, is the people. It’s family owned, and you can genuinely feel it in the way the owners and staff treat their guests. The hospitality was sincere, warm, and welcoming—not forced or scripted. They went out of their way to make us feel at home, always happy to help, give local tips, or simply have a friendly chat. It was a fantastic family stay, and we created great memories here. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, centrally located hotel with heart and outstanding hospitality, this place is a gem. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cairns.

Staff was excellent and friendly. Stored our luggage until our afternoon flight time even though check out was at 10am. Thank you!

Frienly staff

Staff was lovely. But it was very hot...not enough lounge or chair combined for all of us to sit. No power points unless you unplug TV or microwave.

Not much parking but if you get the timing right for the parking you will be ok

Stayed at this property with a 1 year old and the room was located on the top floor so had to climb 6 flights of stairs to go up or down. It was noisy as the sound echoed through the property so Friday and Saturday night was hard to sleep. The room was not clean to the point that we found contact lenses on the table, hair in the shower and our one year old was finding all sorts of gross stuff around the room. Positives were the price and size of the accomodation.

Very central to everything. Train and big shopping centre only 10 minute walk. Woollies 5 minute walk. Waterfront less than 5 minutes. Heaps of eateries there. Even though we had late checkin (after 5pm) easy to get our key and gate code. Apartment had separate bedroom. Ensuite good size with walk-in shower. Nice hot shower.Kitchen has microwave, kettle, small fridge and few dishes. No cooking elements which we knew before we stayed. Maria very helpful and friendly. Good accommodation at reasonable price. Only downside was the towels very thin. Would stay there again.

This property was perfect for our family. It was close enough to town, foreshore and shopping districts to be able to walk there with ease. Kids loved the pool and the accommodation had everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Would definitely book another stay here.
