蒸し暑いリマでしたが空調完備で過ごしやすかったです。また周辺もラルコモールまで歩けるほど治安が良かったです。

とてもいいホテルでした。リマに次に行く時も、滞在したいと思います。

ホテルは水回りも含め清潔で、シャワーも熱いお湯が出ます。朝食は平均的。Wi-Fiは普通)途切れるときは少ないが使用者が多いとかなりゆっくり)。 スタッフは皆親切で、ほとんどの人が英語が話せます。 周辺はレストランが多く、食べるものには困らない印象。日本食レストランも近いです。ビーチも少し距離はありますが歩いていける程度の距離です。

夜中に着いたが気持ちよく対応 部屋は綺麗 朝食満足 向かいにレンタルバイクあり 街中まで2ブロックです。

ミラフローレス地区に位置し、レストランやショッピングも徒歩圏内である。客室は快適に過ごせる。

リマに到着するのが14日AM0:30で、13日からの宿泊にすべきところを、何を勘違いしてか、12日からの予約を取っていた。それでhotels.comを通してホテルから "according with your flight information you will be arriving at the hotel early on January 14th, "(シャトルバスの予約時に伝えてあった flight number; 便名 から、チェックインは13日ではないですか？)と連絡が入った。それでhotels.comに電話をすることになり、hotels.comの方がホテル側とやり取りをしてくれて完了(通話時間30分ぐらい)。without extra charges for penaltiesで一泊分お金が返ってきた。返金不可なのに。本当に親切なご対応。フロントの人は明るかった。hotels.comにも感謝。 Hot waterが出なかったけど、それを差し引いても５つ星になる印象。 シャトルバスの運転手にはホテルに到着した時に現金で26ドルを渡さないといけないので注意。お釣りは持ってない (街のお店でもお釣りとか用意されていないことが多い)。英語は通じない。ちなみにリマの空港では両替の手数料が30%だった。

立地 空港からはAirport Expressバスに乗って、 Double Treeホテルで下車すれば、近いところにあって便利です。 ホテルの近くに大きなスーパーがあってこれも便利。 メトロポリターノのAngamosに近くて、旧市街に出やすいです。 部屋 とてもきれいです。水回りも問題ありません。快適でした。

ミラフローレスの治安のいい場所で夜遅くでも安心です。目の前の大通りを2ブロックほど北へ行くと、Plaza Veaとい大型スーパーがあります。

ﾎﾃﾙ自身は非常に快適に過ごせた。周辺にある観光場所には少し距離はあるものの問題ない。ﾊﾞｽの停留所が近いため。

Lovely hotel nearby everything we needed - bike rental, supermarket, breakfast etc. the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Great location in Miraflores. The hotel seems brand new and was comfortable and clean. It had A/C, but the room was still a little humid. The only downside was that the room didn't get very dark out night. The curtains didn't do a great job blocking out the light, and there's an LED light strip behind the bed that I couldn't figure out how to turn off. If the room was darker, it would be perfect. Overall, I'd stay here again

Everything was great except for the watered down coffee at breakfast. Not cool.

Was a special they are very friendly and kind people.....I will come back

Although our room was not ready upon our arrival, the staff tried very hard to make it up to us, which we appreciated. Our room was nice and many things were within walking distance of the hotel. The area around the hotel seemed fairly safe, but it is located in the city so there needs to be realistic expectations on safety and noise level. The noise did not bother us at all because we were so tired, but could be problematic for a very light sleeper. Overall, this was a good hotel and we would likely stay there again.

Lo recomiendo. Esta muy bien ubicado, en un lindo sector, cerca de comercio, lugares para comer. Muy seguro y al frente de un mercado artesanal. La habitación amplia, impecable. Rico desayuno. Personal amable. Si vuelvo a Lima, regreso sin dudarlo a este hotel.

Tuvimos una mala experiencia , llegamos y no nos pudieron dar nuestra habitacion. Nos acomodaron en un hotel vecino por que en definitiva no pudieron conseguirnos nuestra habitacion. Nos compensaron con una comida y una cena sin costo adicional. Pero nos hicieron esperar de madrugada hasta pasadas las 2am para llevarnos a otro hotel. El personal siempre fue atento pero nunca hablaron con la verdad. La comida esta buena y el desayuno esta completo. Las instalaciones limpias y accesible para ir caminando cerca hay banco, tiendas y restaurantes a 7 cuadras aprox. Si lo recomiendo sin embargo no 😔 me gustaria que nadie pasara por lo que nosotros pasamos. Asi que hay que llamar previo para que no te dejen sin habitacion.

Over all I would give 5 star for the employees from the front desk to door man, the rooms are ok, breakfast not many choices, there is craft market right across from the hotel, there are restaurants walking distance. Overall it was good stay
