マラケシュの割と便利な位置にあると思います。スタッフの方は皆優しく、丁寧でした。部屋も綺麗で過ごし良かったです。

Attention ! Ma réservation sur hotels.com a ete validée et le paiement effectué.... or une fois arrivé a l hotel, personne n avait connaissance de notre reservation !!! Deux heures au téléphone avec un agent de hotel.com pour que hotel.com reconnaisse son erreur et nous trouve un nouvel hotel en urgence !! Plateforme a fuir !!

Despues de tener la reserva confirmada por mail tres meses antes, habernos enviado informacion dos dias antes sobre los tours, cuando llegamos por la noche con nin̈os pequen̈os, nos dicen que no tienen la reserva.

Chambre correcte pour dormir , c’est suffisant. Le personnel très gentil. Bon petit déjeuner préparé sur place avec jus d’orange frais. Riad calme et joli dans la médina et pas très loin d’une porte de la médina . Bon séjour .

Our room was spotless, quiet, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The inner courtyard and pool are a peaceful oasis, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the souks. But what truly makes Riad Abaka special is the staff – incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Every request was met with a smile, and we felt cared for at every moment. Breakfast was a highlight: fresh, local ingredients served on the rooftop terrace with breathtaking views – the perfect way to start the day. A lovely riad. Staff are incredibly helpful. We only stayed for 1 night and they ensured we had all the information we needed for our stay. They also provided us with a phone number in case we got lost. 10/10 would recommand this beautiful place

Nous Avons passé une semaine dans ce riad. Un coin calme au cœur de la médina. Facile d àcces, le personnel est au petit soin disponible, et à répondu à toutes nos questions. Le petit déjeuné très copieux.

Welcome could have been better. Rooms were too dim. Room service for cleaning was non existent. Breakfast was okay. Overall staff service could improve.

It was great expeirence, really enjoyed our stay. All the staff was excellent, helping and polite, except Fatima. She was not polite at all and got on our nerves for no reason. The place itself is amazing.

The Riad was nice and beautiful, maybe softer beds. There was a lot of noise in the streets around the riad in de night.

Muy buena ubicación, decoración muy bonita y personal de 10, muy amables, nos ayudaron en todas nuestras dudas.

Nos gusto mucho, acogedor, personal súper amable, limpieza, decoración muy típica del lugar, desayunos completos y muy cerca de la plaza principal.
