バレッタの中心地にあり立地最高！サービスも心地良く、地下にある温かいお風呂とスチームサウナも予約したら貸し切りで使えます。 朝食もブッフェとアラカルトがオーダー出来て満足な内容でした。屋上にある小さなプールもそこから見る景色もマルタ🇲🇹らしさがありました。 また泊まりたいホテルです。

ホテルとしては最新ではありませんが、とても情緒があり(アンティーク的な所)、私はとても好きでした。 部屋のシャワーとトイレは離れているため日本人には快適かと思われました。シャワーの水量は完璧です。 天井も高く、広さも広いです。 私は利用する時間が無く残念でしたが、プールも綺麗でした。 スタッフの方がみなさん優しくて、話しやすかったです。ただ私の英語が下手で申し訳ない感じでした。 場所もバレッタの中心にあるので、観光には便利です。フェリー乗り場にも近いです。ゴゾ行きにも便利かなと。 ホテルの近くには、オープンカフェのようなレストランがとてもたくさんあります。夜遅くまで食事をして帰ることも問題なかったです。 でも油断しない事を忘れないでくださいね。 最後に心残りがありました。初日に部屋を案内して頂いたスタッフの方に、滞在中色々お世話になったのに、最後にお礼が言えなかった事です。２泊の滞在でしたが、とても楽しかったです。ありがとございました。 次回マルタに行くときも、必ず利用させていただきです。

ロケーションも設備も最高です！！ セントジュリアンズやスリーマにある巨大なチェーン五つ星の雰囲気が好きな日本人のイメージとは異なるかもしれませんが、バレッタの情緒の中、小ぢんまりとした規模で最高のおもてなしを受けることのできる本当に素敵なホテルです。屋内、屋外プールともに言葉では伝えられない絶妙な雰囲気をたたえています。バーで飲み物がいつでも飲み放題ですよ。我が家は1歳児と行きましたが、大人な雰囲気の中でも温かく接していただき、バーで繰り返し牛乳をもらっていました。笑 ひとつだけ、あまりに素敵だったので売っていたアクセサリーを購入しましたが、少し作りが脆いです。それもご愛嬌ですが。 It was perfect stay and we really appreciate about the kindness of the hotel. Breakfast and bar were very nice, and especially two pools were amazing. Also, the room was fantastic. I love your lift. When I will stay in Malta in the future, I will definitely visit you again. For this time, I stayed 4nights in Malta, and it was by far the best hotel. Thank you so much for wonderful time.

スタッフの方は英語が不完全な私たちでも理解しようとしてくれる姿勢で応じていただきありがたかったです。観光しやすい場所にあり、内装や家具は独特ですがとても品があり、静かで素敵なホテルでした。朝食も美味しかったです。

シャワーがこわれしてもたことをホテル従業員に相談しながら、ここはヨーロッパなのでその日のうちに直してもらえないと思いました。が、その日の夕方にホテルに戻った際、きちんと直ったのです。

ホテルは主要な観光名所から近く、またとても清潔で快適でした。 このホテルで1番よかったのは何よりカスタマーサービスです。 レセプションの方、ハウスキーピングの方皆様とても優しく大型ホテルにない温かい雰囲気があります。また何かお願い等するととで早く対応してくれます。 各部屋にタブレットがありそこからも問い合わせやツアーの予約ができたりとテクノロジーの面でも良かったです。

非常に内装が美しく部屋も快適な良いホテル。従業員は親切で丁寧。朝食もおいしい シャワールームの設備だけはいまいち。それ以外は完璧 他レビューにもある通り、どう頑張っても水浸しになる。

Awesome place, we loved it

Room was beautiful with excellent room darkening curtains, clean bathroom, super comfortable bed, yummy breakfasts either cooked or à la carte, great location yet quiet at night, free snacks and assorted beverages, elevator/lift and wonderful helpful friendly staff. The only thing as of May 23, 2026 to be aware of is St Ursula Street in front of the hotel is completely torn up and impassable to cars for roadwork, which two mornings caused loud noises at 8 am. The only way to into hotel is narrow broken sidewalks on each side of the street. If mobility is an issue for you, know that taxis drop you off at the corner of St Ursula and St Christopher Streets. Please call/email hotel to see if roadwork is done because it’s an otherwise fabulous hotel.

Das ganze Hotel, sehr Zentral gelegen. Sehr liebes Personal. An meinem. Geburtstag wurde ich mit einem kleinen Schokokuchen überrascht umd das Zimmer wurde dekoriert. So eine schöne Geste

This is a chariming small hotel in an excellent lcoation in Valetta. The street where it is lcoated was under construction which made access a little challenging but we managed just fine. The hotel was perfect for us (two couples), intimate but totally efficient with a cozy lobby and lounge, and excellent breakfast. Most important, the staff is great and Tony was a fabulous host and asset for our stay!

We have had an amazing stay. The hotel is beautiful, breakfast delicious and staff very attentive.

Fabulous location, quiet street but so close to everything. Staff were lovely, so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing, continental buffet style and hot menu all included. Need to book spa (jacuzzi steam and sauna) for one hour exclusive use. Only negative was lack of outside window as hotel is an old palace and some rooms face inwards to the inside courtyard which had an opening roof. But it was such a characterful hotel we got used to this. Used the rooftop pool area instead which had a small heated pool and lots of sunbeds.

apparently, we got a kind of upgrade on check in. The room was comfortable. The location was excellent...easy access to the center of Valletta and the ferries. The staff was wonderful and very helpful!

The property is in a good location. The staff were great. The only problem we was the AC stopped working on our last night which meant we got NO sleep before heading to the airport at 6am.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. The facilities were very good.
