They upgraded the room and did not let us know and proceeded to charge an extra 100 on the credit card again without saying anything - towels were on the door when we got in the room

They downgraded me to a queen room when i paid for a king because of my height i hang off the end of a queen Staff was dismissive and rude Room was ok little rough sliding dore wouldn't close Ac unit was very noizy construction in the area all night

The staff at the hotel couldn’t be any better. Every single one of them was kind, helpful, super polite and they are a credit to the hotel and it’s manager. I’ve stayed here three times now and will always return when I’m in the area. Super clean, nicely appointed, great facilities and a 24 hr restaurant. Love it!

Good transitional hotel close to airport. Very close to hwy entrance so you do hear cars which was the one downside. It’s conveniently connected to a Denny’s for breakfast. Staff all really friendly

Unfortunately we had a TV that didn't work as well as the bathtub plug was detached and wouldn't reconnect to the drain. Pur toliet made a running noise all night, and first thing in the morning I had a silverfish bug run across my foot. Unfortunately, the hotel wouldn't offer any reimbursement because I booked with Expedia. The staff was great, but for the price I was not impressed.

Front desk was welcoming and helpful. The Hotel itself is right beside a busy highway so a bit noisy but not bad -there is a large mall right across the street my overall stay was pleasant.

Got upgraded which was nice, however the wear and tear is visible in this hotel, paint peeling things like that. Nothing over the top bad, comfy bed. Hottub wasn’t super hot, no towels in the pool area first thing in the morning. And with the construction happening, bit of a pain coming and going. Hop, skip and a jump from lots of shopping options and great food. Easy access to the highway, considering the construction.

Hotel was clean staff was nice i was able to get a laye checkout. The beds were comfortable. The pillows not for my lucking and more cooking utensils would have been nice
