Pool area smelled like natural gas. Hot tub literally fell apart. Tile and concrete chunks fell apart. Large amount of Rust throughout pool area. Some parts rusted completely through.

Just what we needed - clean, comfortable and convenient to our event in Abbotsford.

Noisy traffic noise and a/c not working properly,

I thought this was a nice property! Clean! The only complaint was the fitness facility.

The air conditioner is super noisy and you hear the freeway traffic but otherwise it’s good for a night or 2.

The rooms were comfortable and the railhead shower had amazing pressure! Definitely a nice feature! The hotel was central and easy to access off of the TCH 1 and Fraser Highway.

Friendly and respectful staff, very comfortable beds and room. Would definitely stay again!

Online check in was a waste, still had to jump through all the hoops when we arrived. The pool and hot tub were closed for renovations and there was no notification prior. Stay somewhere else if you have the chance…

Room was having issues with smoke alarm after shower and water was dangerous too hot and high pressure out of tap, splashing everything

I enjoyed this hotel after flying into Abbotsford on our way to Whistler. It was clean, reasonably quiet for having several rugby teams staying there at the time. It’s next to the mall which was handy for groceries we needed.
