ホテルのスタッフはフレンドリーでとても親切でした。しかし、部屋にはコーヒーがありませんでした。

バスルーム（トイレ）の水洗がうまくいきません。水タンクがひどく詰まっていて、補充が困難なため、水を流すのに10～15分待たなければなりません。この部屋はお勧めしません。

Enough room space, excellent location if you have to attend event at wtc. The only problem is the cleaning room service often forget to empty the trash bin and refill the drinking water.

Kamarnya bersih, sarapan perlu ditambah variasi (pilihannya terlalu sedikit).

Everything was as expected. Hotel staff was very professional. Hotel was also clean. Rooms are very small though but manageable.

Money value. Location is close to Metro station which is access across Dubai.

I spent a very pleasant night in this hotel with the hospitality of the staff, the clean, neat, spacious room for affordable price in the heart of Dubai. The location near World Trade Centre MRT station and for finding food shops and cafe is just across MRT station. There is no better place than this, i will gladly come back for sure

Nothing to complain about. Will stay again. I didn't consume any meals so can't review that part.
