Çalışanlar asla gülümsemiyor. Misafirperverlik olarak bence sınıfta kalıyor. Genel olarak otel iyi ancak çalışanların tutumları iyi değil. Başka otel olmadığı için mecburiyetten kalıyoruz.

Everything was good. But there was a huge problem. The day we arrived they closed the gym and the pool. There was no mention about that when I made the reservation. Those 2 facilities were very important for us. A huge part of our decision to reserve this hotel. When we mentioned that to front desk clerk and we also talked to management, they acted like “ Oh well! Tough luck “! It was like, “ u can go somewhere else “ Made us feel embarrassed asking for something we paid. Otherwise….. ok.

Great Hotel! Great free parking, spacious, new, modern, super clean, every amenity, excellent breakfast, accommodating staff, and spa/pool options. 10 out of 10. Stay here and be happy!
